She too was very personable and responded to any concerns I had in a manner I could understand. Then, there was Elijah, a most helpful, efficient, and mannerable young man. He was EXCELLENT about following the daily plans I laid out for my brother. Then, I spoke with Kristen, the scheduler, via phone when she called to give me the good news that Elijah could come on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as I originally requested. In short, everyone I interacted with from this company took a personal interest in my request and in helping me help my brother. KUDOS to all at Home Helpers Home Care. I've been working for Home Helpers Alpharetta for a little over 3 years now. The owners, Hilary and…read moreGreg, created something amazing when they started their home care business. From their own personal experiences with their aging parents, they realized that there was a huge need for a home care company that puts the Clients and caregivers needs first. Hilary herself meets with the new clients. That way she can make sure she "matches" them with the perfect caregiver. Being a caregiver can be a very unappreciated job BUT NOT at HOME HELPERS of Alpharetta!! They truly care about every single caregiver. We all have Hilary's personal phone number and know we can always ask her for help or advice, if needed. Bonuses and even healthcare coverage are offered, and most importantly, Hilary and Greg truly understand what it means to be a caregiver. Both of them have CNA certification and have worked as caregivers themselves. They just really "get it" when I call them with any concerns about a client. I know they will have my back. I was recently presented with an opportunity to grow within the company. I love my job and couldn't see myself working for anyone else!

The owner is a RN and is not only qualified but is a caring person and a good business woman. She has had the same Schedulers and Bookkeeper for years and is well established. Complete Care chose a mature, experienced caregiver for me who I am happy with. In my case a caregiver is needed to help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, cooking and laundry. It is a relief to have competent, trustworthy help during recovery. And she is easy to get along with and punctual. My family has been pleased with every aspect of Complete Care's service. I contacted a couple of other homecare agencies when planning my surgery and found that they are competitively priced. I highly recommend Complete Care at Home. Andrea

I visited this urgent care facility on 9/15/2014…read more I gave them my insurance card and thought everything was taken care of however I would quickly come to realize that the level of incompetency at this office surpasses anything I've ever experienced. See below for a timeline of events: Sept 2014 - Initial visit. Receptionist fails to photocopy my insurance and manually enters completely incorrect info including my name & social security number. This means the claim is rejected by my insurance. Nov 2014 - I call them for my test results as I had heard NOTHING from them. Aren't doctors supposed to call you? Feb 2015 - First bill sent by medical office. How does this bill take so long? At this point I had assumed everything was taken care of since my insurance should have covered anything. I called their billing office and the woman ended up billing the wrong insurance company. Claim denied. Again. Apr 2015 - Second bill as the claim had been denied because the employee billed the incorrect insurance agency. I call the billing company AGAIN clarifying everything and see that my actual insurance company was billed at the end of April. May 4, 2015 - I receive a notice that my account has been sent to collections. At this point, the medical office has already received payment even after all of their screw-ups. I fail to see why I should be further responsible for this entirely inept medical practice. Do not come here for any of your medical needs or you'll end up in a 7 month long billing battle - none of which will be your fault.

By that point, figuring out how I was going to get to and from my outpatient procedure was causing more anxiety than the procedure, itself. Abel gave me a quote and got me scheduled five minutes into a single phone call. He called again the Friday before my Monday appointment to confirm. Then Mark showed up at my house a few minutes early and was good company the whole way to Emory Midtown. He gave me his business card so hospital staff could call him when I was ready to be released. I was wheeled outside the door, and there was Mark in the minibus, ready and waiting. Unbelievably smooth process! Mark's business card is going in my permanent collection.
