I don't think Karmali Law is in business anymore. I hired Mr. Karmali a handful of times for traffic tickets between 2015-2017 and reached out to him via email and phone recently for a new speeding ticket I received. I received no response after multiple attempts. He was good in the past, but either poor service now or no longer in business. Leaving the rating so others know he won't return your call or make an effort to get back to. So don't wait around for days and hope you hear back from him. read more

I've contacted Mr Karmali for a possible issue and he denied to take the case because there is a "money issue", which means it wasn't lucrative enough for him. He told me that the money involved may be a big amount of money for me but for lawyers like him its very small and that he doesn't want to participate. Fair enough. However this incident gave me an impression that Mr Karmali is a very greedy person. And when someone is greedy, then a lot of times greed gets in the way and complicates things for the customer. Again I'm not saying this guy is greedy, and that he would be greedy when handling customer's issues. However I was just stating thats how I felt about him and when one is very greedy then complications arise. Fortunately, due to his honest opinion that working on a case with me is not lucrative enough, I was able to find another lawyer that was willing to take the case. Its for you to decide what type of character this guy has, but would you want to work with someone that shows this type of behavior? And why would you choose this type of person over someone who is willing take a case that can be less "lucrative"? read more

Its been a few years since I have had to use Mr. Karmali to fight my many many traffic citations. I referred a friend to use him and came across reviews. I should have done this before now so sorry for that. I would have the worst drivers record and more than likely not have a license if it wasn't for him. He is 11 for 11 winning my cases. Accidents, tickets, 2 neg driving 2nd, speeding, etc. Everyone of these mind you were no doubt my fault. For real!! Everyone of them He went to court on my behalf and somehow got me off all of them. It got to the point that he lowered my price because I used his service more than anyone has so he felt guilty taking so much of my money. You won't go wrong using Mr. Karmali. He Rocks! read more

This one time, a month after getting my first bike which happens to be considered a superbike, I got a speeding ticket for 46mph over the limit. I had a decent explanation which the Officer was not swayed by. I got a ticket for over $400. Through my employer's benefit package, I have Hyatt Legal Services. This law office was a participating provider at the time, so I tried them out on a whim. Karmali wound up being the most professional, no-nonsense representation I have ever had. For not a dime out of my own pocket, I was represented without having to go to a single hearing and wound up getting the ticket dismissed entirely. I would recommend this law office to my most favorite people. I would omit their existence to anyone on my sh*t list. They don't deserve such top notch service. Mr. Karmali was an excellent attorney. I received a speeding ticket while on the WA-520 highway. This was my first offense and the officer stated his radar clocked me going 25 MPH over the speed limit, but he only cited me on the ticket for going 15 MPH over. I contacted Mr. Karmali by phone and told him all of the information I could remember about receiving the ticket including that a radar gun was used. I provided my ticket number and he immediately looked it up and began reviewing it. He had confidence that the ticket could be dismissed as there seemed to be discrepancies on it (ones I never would have caught without a lawyer). This whole phone call took at most 5-10 minutes. I later received the court date after telling him that I pursue a hearing with him as my lawyer. I sent him the date, time, and location and he went to court. I did not even need to go to the courthouse with him. He got the case dismissed and I did not need to pay any further court fees either. So for about 5-10 minutes of my time I did not have to pay a $150 speeding ticket or deal with increased insurance rates which would likely have costed me thousands over a few years. Bad advice from the attorney. We should have seeked a second opinion. Money wasted on attorney fees and court fines

During a vacation to Seattle last month, I was the unlucky recipient of quite possibly the most ridiculous traffic ticket ever (if you must know, I was pulled over in Renton for speeding and the officer claims that I was doing 65 in a 60). After doing much research, making a ton of phone calls, and writing many letters, I had my hole-in-one case and it was time to hire a lawyer to make it in front of the judge. I had mused for a second about making a trip back up to Washington for my court date, but in the end, decided to put that money towards a lawyer instead. I received a referral for Hussein Karmali from an acquaintance who knows Washington traffic laws well. After exchanging a couple of emails and having a nice phone conversation, I decided to go with him. His fee to represent me was fair. It was more than the cost of a ticket, but about the same cost as a deferral (a Washington thing), and sure as heck cheaper than having my car insurance rates spike and points on my license. It was just a flat rate, so I didn't have to deal with a retainer and such. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. One thing that he did drop the ball on was letting me know that had gotten the ticket dismissed, which I guess isn't too big of a deal since no further action needed to be taken on my part. I didn't find that out till a couple of days later when I followed up with him and the court. Other than that, I'd hire him again if I ever had a Seattle-area traffic ticket (god forbid!) and I'd recommend him to anyone in this situation. read more

I got my school zone ticket in two month ago. Because it's in Redmond Court which is well known tough to defend, the first lawyer I contacted didn't want to take my case at all. When I tried Mr. Karmali, he did accept it immediately. As expected, the judge didn't agree dismiss or even deferral in first court show. Mr. Karmali never gived up and requested another court date to keep fighting up for me. At the end , I got the deferral of the case which I am already very happy with it.Highly recommeded. read more
