After significant due diligence and confirmation through other attorney references in other unrelated practices and by speaking with a childhood friend of Jeannie, I can say without reservation that Jeannie Mucklestone is a best in class attorney and problem solver for our traffic related issues. In mid 2011, a family member received two citations with 2 speeding violations and two other violations in less than 4 days apart in the Issaquah/Sammamish areas. We were fairly convinced these two citations with multiple violations would be very difficult to overcome even with the very best of legal representation. We were not only pleasantly surprised but in fact professionally impressed with the very positive outcome but also the top to bottom professionalism provided by Jeannie and her colleagues. Both citations were dismissed in their entirety and no one from our family had to attend any court proceedings. More to the point, Jeannie personally took her time outside of court room proceeding hours to point by point walk us through her process in managing our legal case and Jeannie won our case in its entirety .... brillliant performance and execution on her part. I personally work with land use, business, real estate, construction and litigation attorneys in my business practice and Jeannie is a best in class, demonstrated rock star in her legal practice and my family and I endorse her wholeheartedly without reproach. Feel free to contact Jeannie to arrange to speak with me personally if you need further verification. You need look no further as Jeannie is an exceptional talent. Daniel I. read more

Several years ago, I got a traffic citation. I learned from a friend about Jeannie and what a great job she did for her. I asked if she could help me with my ticket and she took care of everything. In our correspondence, and this is going to sound simple, she explained that law enforcement enforces the traffic laws, but it's the courts and arguments by lawyers like her that decide what happens next and she does the best for her clients. I remembered this when I had a more serious infraction a few years later. She and her team went WAY Above and Beyond representing me and did an AMAZING job! It made a huge difference to me and my life at the time, both personally and professionally. A few months ago, I moved to a new town on the Eastside and got another citation. I asked her to represent me again and like before, she went the extra mile, gave me step-by-step instructions and by completing an online course, I satisfied the court and my ticket's not on my driving record, and more importantly, not impacting my insurance rates!! I'm a better driver because of this! In the immortal words of Tina Turner, Jeannie Mucklestone is "Simply The Best"!! It's life and stuff like this is going to happen... When it does, you BEST have Jeannie in your corner!!! read more

Jeannie's law firm took care of a speeding ticket written by the WSP, north of Everett, on I-5. I was chosen out of a crowd, profiled, then written a ticket, for speeding. I have a CDL, and this is a major infraction for me. Her firm kept me informed of the process and called me immediately when the charges were dismissed. I felt confident throughout the process, but still, it is a crap shoot, so you have to have confidence in your choice of lawyers. Jeannie's firm gave me total confidence in their capabilities and did what they say that could do: protect me from the lawlessness of the WSP and their indiscriminate abuse of power on the highways. I was picked out of a crowd of vehicles and chosen to be the victim by my address on my license. Before the officer even told me of my infraction, he had run my plates and gotten my driving record and knew of my address and driving record and the fact that I had a CDL. Given the distance from the court, it was statistically a better ticket to write. Don't ever let the law push you around. Jeannie Mucklestone is the best at what she does. When I first got the traffic ticket that I did, I was worried and panicked over it as I had never gotten a ticket before. But, after having searched online for countless options Jeannie was the one who I found recommended the most, and it shows because even with my case, which I thought would be hard to fight, she was able to win. Her and her team are very easy to work with. All you have to do is to fill out the form on her website and then pay slightly more than the price of a ticket, but in the end you are almost guaranteed to have the result you want: getting your ticket dismissed. There is little hassle involved in the process, as Jeannie and her team are very professional and competent, requiring only that you simply correspond with her and her team through e-mail, and mail in your ticket. Once that is done, all you have to do is wait, you don't even have to appear in court as her team does that for you. If I ever have an issue with traffic tickets again, I will be sure to use Jeannie's services. read more

I cannot recommend Attorney Jeannie Mucklestone highly enough! She recently helped me win and dismiss a traffic ticket in Raymond, WA, in a situation where the outcome seemed completely hopeless. From the very start, she demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to my case. Jeannie took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options, and craft a solid defense strategy. She was incredibly patient and kind, never making me feel like just another case file. She truly made time for me, ensuring I understood each step of the process and what to expect. Most importantly, she delivered on her promise. Thanks to her skill and commitment, my ticket was successfully dismissed--a result I never thought possible! Her knowledge of traffic law and her ability to navigate the legal system is truly impressive. If you're facing a traffic violation in the PNW area, do yourself a favor and call Jeannie Mucklestone. She is the best at what she does, and I would absolutely trust her again for any legal needs. read more

Jeannie - Words are hard to find for the appreciation that I feel; so let me just say THANK YOU! You are already aware from your testimonials that you help a lot of people out. Not only did you save my insurance rates from not going up for many years, but you saved my CDL. I do believe that some people are unaware that their actions in their personal car can effect their CDL. The highest praise that one can receive is from another person in their same field, and it was another attorney that recommended you. You are the one who kept me from having a break in my CDL; so I could keep driving professionally part time [and yes I did look up the consequences if this case had not been dismissed]. It was just wonderful to hear from people that I work with now & at my previous job how you WON their cases too. As you know, my driving record has been clean for many decades, and you have kept it that way. Your immediate response after the hearing was a great relief! Your whole staff is fantastic too! Thanks Gary read more

Jeanne was a life saver when I thought I was going to have melt down. My son thought he could handle his speeding ticket on his own without advising us that he got the ticket. Until six days prior to his court date, he knew he needed help. I was panic stricken. I call Jeanne's office on Friday evening, knowing they were closed but wanted to be the first call when they opened on Monday. I called first thing Monday morning again still in a panic that my son had a court date now in the three days and I didn't know what to do. Not only did she take his case on with such short notice, they calmed this panicking mother down. I felt so re assured when I got off the phone with her office, I knew we had made the right decision. She made this process so painless. I would recommend Jeanne to anyone. She went over and beyond and delivered us with great news. Now, I just wish I would have contacted her on my son's two prior tickets. Lesson learned Jeanne, Thank you for everything. It is so appreciated. read more

Jeannie Mucklestone is flat-out the best period. I have used Jeannie on many occasions over the past few years and her record is PERFECT in defending me. Her record in defending me, and personal friends i have recommended to her, is 14-0. I just received another favorable verdict letter from her today and in looking back in my file, her representation fee has not increased since the first time I hired her in November 2001! In one of my speeding ticket cases, she showed up for the case, but requested a new court date so that she might get a more favorable judge to hea the case. Most people I'm sure would have kept the original date and i would have been stuck with the verdict that was handed down. Jeannie actually took the time to go back to court a second time on my behalf and it didnt cost me anything additional. She goes above and beyond and I could not be more pleased with her services. Thank you Jeannie (aka "The Impenatrable Shield") Brad B. read more

Jeannie Mucklestone and her staff are the best ! ! Do not hesitate to hire them. I got a DUI in May........and today July 19th, she already got a final resolution with the court that I am very satisfied with........ I truly cannot say enough good about Jeannie and her team. They were all extremely thorough. Jeannie responded to all my e mails within one day. Her staff answered all my calls right away during business hours, and easily handled all my questions. At court today Jeannie had a full folder with all my records, my bio, my personal references, and it was obvious she had studied it..........as she spoke to the Judge on my behalf. It also appeared that the judge, prosecutor, and all court staff have a good working relationship with Jeannie and a lot of respect for her. Consider yourself very fortunate if you have any legal issues and you find Jeannie Mucklestone and her team. Eric P. July 19, 2012 read more

I had an outstanding experience working with Jeannie Mucklestone and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable traffic attorney. After being pulled over and issued multiple citations totaling approximately $700, I reached out to her via email. She responded within the hour, which immediately gave me confidence in her professionalism and responsiveness. From there, she handled everything seamlessly. She represented me in court on my behalf, meaning I didn't have to take time off work or appear in person. Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, the entire case was dismissed and I was cleared of all charges. Jeannie is efficient, communicative, and clearly very knowledgeable in her field. She made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly straightforward and manageable. If you're looking for someone who gets results and truly knows what they're doing, I cannot recommend her highly enough! read more

Last year, I was involved in a collision and was incorrectly cited, which had the potential to significantly impact my related legal case. Jeannie and her firm took my case quickly and without hesitation. Throughout the entire process, they were flexible with my schedule, responsive to my needs, and maintained excellent communication. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience turned out to be remarkably straightforward and reassuring. Their professionalism and expertise gave me much-needed peace of mind during a difficult time. Most importantly, Jeannie successfully convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the citation, which substantially strengthened my position in the related accident case. I am genuinely grateful for everything her firm did on my behalf. They have earned my complete trust, and they will be the first firm I turn to if I ever need legal representation in the future. Highly recommended. read more

I first had the pleasure of meeting Jeannie back in 2005. I watched as she reduced 3 "impossibly hopeless" speeding tickets to minor non-moving infractions. Her rapport with the court was impressive and I logged in the back of my mind that if I needed the services of a traffic lawyer, she would be my first call. Fast forward to earlier this year, 2010. I was given a serious moving violation for a trivial issue in the city of Redmond and immediately called Jeannie. Her offices kept me up to date on the trial process and they were able to reduce the infraction from one that would have negatively affected my record and insurance to something with no long-term implications. This also saved me from taking numerous days off from work to appear in court; well worth her fees alone. All in all, great experience and I would recommend Jeannie's law services to anyone, anytime in WA. Thanks Jeannie! read more

Sometimes we make bad choices, as in my Case. With the amount of alcohol in my system I clearly should not have been driving at the time I was pulled over. I am an adult, I admit my faults. If you are unfortunate enough to make the same mistake I made, the best decision you can make is to hire Jeannie P Mucklestone ASAP. I was informed along the way exactly what to expect. After several court appearances my case was eventually dropped to a Reckless Driving offense, partly, I'm sure because it was a first offense and I have no record of anything, but mostly because of the firms relationships with the Courts. She and her staff have an excellent reputation and I believe it helps when confronting a Judge. I do not expect to repeat my bad choice. But I would highly recommend her if you find yourself in my position, and I would not hesitate to use her for any further traffic infractions. read more

My son was given a speeding ticket in King County by an officer with a major attitude.. We hired Ms Mucklestone to represent him in court and she managed to get the entire ticket dismissed. It wasn't even knocked down to a non moving violation, it was just entirely dismissed because she is just that good. Hiring her saved my son a lot of money and stress - he didn't have to appear in court, he has no points on his license and he doesn't have to worry about his insurance premiums going through the roof. What a blessing she is! She's also very professional and responsive. She answered all our questions promptly and notified us as soon as the ticket was dismissed. She did everything she could to make this process as painless as possible. Hopefully, we won't have need to hire her in the future but if we do, I know we will be going straight to her. She is the best at what she does. read more

Jeannie just got a ticket removed from my record once again (second time for me in the last 10 years and once for my son) and, as always, she is easy to work with, thorough and very professional. If you get a traffic ticket in the Seattle/Tacoma area, hiring Jeannie to represent you is the right choice because it's super easy and stress free. Frankly I had forgotten that there was even a court date since she handles everything, but when I got her email saying my ticket was dismissed, I was once again reminded how great it is to have her represent me in court. And remember, if you get a ticket and decide to just pay the fine and walk away, that's just the beginning - it's the extra insurance premiums you pay for several years afterwards that REALLY cost you. That said, Jeannie is 3-for-3 helping me get tickets dismissed and I highly recommend her services. read more

I really do not wish to use your service too often but, when needed, I would not trust anyone else. I am fairly skeptical of many things but Jeannie came highly recommended by a friend. My first experience using her services, I had received a speeding infraction a few days after a speed modification was posted close to my home. I sent my info via E-mail and posted payment via Pay-Pal. Couldn't be much easier. I questioned her office a few times and each time Jeannie herself responded clearly and promptly. Best of all, no days out of your own schedule appearing in court. Simply a notice of when hearing is scheduled, and a final letter with, in my case, a positive outcome of hearing. I have used her services again since, also with a positive outcome. Again, I don't wish to use these services often but, when needed, I am glad Jeannie is there to help! read more

jeannie and her crew deliver - i've had her and her staff defend a number of tickets for me - and they work their magic every time. totally worth the money versus paying the ticket, suffering the insurance company bump in your premiums. she came highly recommended and i now know why. she even defended me in Lewis county - minding my own business, excited to be going skiing at white pass for a change - nailed by the trooper trap on the way up. what a scam. kinda like a red light camera only different. just raising money on the backs of the population one way or another. be careful if you go up there... i probably won't again. thanks to washington's finest. maybe they just want less of us up there. seems kinda silly to chase potential "tourist" revenue away with nonsense like that. anyhow - jeannie rocks. hire her. read more

While driving my dying dog to the veterinarian ( speeding and not making full stops at stop signs) a cop tried to pull me over but I didn't stop. All I could think was I had to save my dog's life. I was charged with reckless driving and obstruction of an officer, very serious charges. Jeannie was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier with her representation. My case was dismissed after 8 hours of community service and a level one driving course. I have no criminal record, no points on my license, no loss or suspension of my license, and no fine. She was very easy to communicate with via email (always a quick response), as was the other attorney in her firm, David Buck. Her fee was very reasonable compared to some of the other attorneys I spoke with. I highly recommend her if you ever find yourself in a jam. read more

Jeannie Mucklestone is more then an excellent attorney - she is the BEST traffic attorney in our state. She understands the law and has her client's best interest. I hate to think what my family's insurance rates would look like without Jeannie. My teenager got a ticket for driving 5 miles over the limit on his way to the SAT course. My husband and I both received speeding tickets, and Jeannie used her knowledge of the law and the process to represent us - and the tickets are not reflected on our driving record. I keep Jeannie's business cards in my wallet, my glove compartment and always have a few extra to pass on to friends and family. The back of her cards give useful information of "what to do" if you are pulled over. Protect your rights. Don't become a victim of the system. And drive carefully!! read more
