This place is AMAZING!!! They were patient with our big group when we can in back in August. We had a LAST minute change before our wedding and the same day they were able to help us. I went into Karl's today to see about renting some tuxes for my wedding. The staff was really helpful and polite. The store is arranged so i could see each of the tuxes, instead of looking through a book. I was quoted some prices, then left alone to make my decision. After I had an idea of what I wanted, the staff helped me fine tune my selection. I was never rushed or pressured. and the price was impossible to beat. Yesterday, 10/10/17 was my 2 year wedding anniversary. I have a banquet coming up next week and thought I would visit Karl's Tuxedo to try and get a fancy suit or tux for my event. Since I used Karl's for my wedding 2 years ago, I thought I would rent a tux from them again. When I visited yesterday afternoon around 4:45PM the young lady in the store could not have been more awkward and rude. When I asked questions she would stare at me with a blank teenage look that was embarrassing and infuriating. I asked if she needed my measurements for my rental and she looked as if I had just hit on her in a seedy bar. I was repulsed by her behavior and demeanor and promptly left. As I drove away, my rage began to build to the point I had to call them back to explain my anger. The same young lady answered the phone and after letting me rant for a moment said, "Sooooo you want me to transfer you to someone or something?" I just said, "No, you can tell your boss how I feel if you choose to.." and hung up. Never again Karl's. My father Ray Hutchinson has always recommended you. He seemed to have a business relationship with the owner or maybe had done business with him. Not sure but the son won't be doing business with Karl's and I will never be recommending Karl's Tuxedo to anyone of my currently engaged friends or ANYONE looking for advise on a rental. I had bragged about Karl's after my wedding but I look forward to explaining my horrible experience to anyone interested in hearing about it at this point. They rent out suits for 130, my fiancé had to go buy a new suit because his didn't fit at all and they don't offer any refunds at all. So he got a new one at Express for 160. We went in about two and a half months before the wedding to get the suits rented and I was iffy about it but when I saw how nice the suits on display were I was so impressed. They were so nice and fitted so we reserved the amount we needed and were happy we had got that off of our checklist. Fast forward to my wedding day and I'm sitting and crying because my groom had to go buy a new suit, one of my groomsmen had to buy new pants and another doesn't have anything to wear at all because he didn't have time to try it on the day before and so the pants and jacket are both two sizes too small. So if you're a bride considering doing business with them, think about the first half of your wedding day being ruined because you didn't want your groomsmen to spend an extra 30 dollars for a suit they could keep forever. Also the suits are garbage, right size or not. Cheapest quality I've ever seen. My brother got a nicer suit on amazon for half the price of what they charge read more
