I wanted a 90 min massage which was $90, thought it was odd that I had to pay for this BEFORE the service but I still did it. Massage was fine. When I went out to leave I had cash in my hand for a tip, I also then had my credit card receipt to sign. I proceeded to hand the women that did my massage the cash, she then asked me how much cash it was...which it was a $20 tip. She then told me that she needed more for a tip. This really made me upset! They also have a sign clearly posted that they aren't even allowed to ask for tips! She then asked me something like "was the massage not good?" I then said "yes, it was fine and that's why I tipped you 20%." I then noted on my credit card receipt that the minimum amount they show for a tip is 25% and it goes up from that. CRAZY!! She told me I needed to give her at least a 35% tip. I told her no way and that I would not be returning. A tip is just that, something extra. Upon returning home I read the reviews and saw that I have not been the only to experience this. Paying for a service before its received is already wrong. Sad when you want to support local and are treated like this.

Super friendly staff, a very relaxing full body massage, and she didn't hold back on my back at all. I slept like a baby last night and feel botb refreshed and no pain this morning. Pros: ~the place is very clean ~ I was able to be treated immediately ~I received all 30 minutes of treatment Cons: ~there is a $3 surcharge for paying with credit card ~the masseuses fingernails scraped me as she was massaging me ~the masseuse was very pushy about receiving a ten dollar tip. this made me very uncomfortable. Prices are $40 for a 30 min massage, $60 for an hour. If i'm in a pinch i'll come back, but otherwise, probably not.

Katie used her hands at the beginning to gently hold my head and allow me time to decompress and start to relax. It worked magnificently. Then I asked for a specific, and different, firmness level today, which I don't usually do. Katie adjusted to just the right amount of pressure to give me the exact massage I was hoping for. I asked her to finish the overall massage a few minutes ahead of schedule, and she adjusted her timing just right, and then I asked her to utilize the saved minutes by going over a particular area a second time. This made the ending of the massage particularly memorable. All of her attention to detail and care and understanding made for a truly exceptional massage. I can't wait to go back again.

I looked and it was 10:55 when I laid down on table. I was told I was done at eleven thirty five. That is forty minutes. ALSO during the massage she left to whatever. I told her it was not an hour. She speaks very little English....and seems not to know how to tell time. I did tip her because that is who I am. Will not recommend at all.

She gives me deep tissue massages that leave me feeling like I am ready to run a marathon, and lift 500 lbs. But i am 65 years old so i know that I can't, and I won't. There is just something about her technique that makes me feel like she is the Michael Jordan of all therapist. She is Chinese, and I think that is where she picked up her skills. She also gives me great facials. I usually don't recommend anyone. But she is so good, I just feel compelled to recommend her.
