Perfection. Since my Mom knows her pretty well (she's been going monthly for years) we chat in the beginning and then are silent for the remainder of the massage. Just the right amount for me. I highly recommend Healing Hands and Bernadette's work.

Though I usually require firm pressure massages, they still feel good and make me feel relaxed. She is always very professional and concerned with me being comfortable. Scheduling with her is a breeze and she always follows up post massage to see how I am feeling. Her prices are very reasonable for the treatment you receive from her. I also recently tried cupping with her to break up some of my tension, and I really liked it. Another one of my favorite things about going to Melissa is that I don't feel like she is constantly trying to sell me something like most chain massage places. I would 10/10 recommend Melissa for any kind of massage. You won't regret it!
