When I arrived, there was no receptionist and I stood in the empty lobby waiting for 10 minutes until I called their main number to let them know I arrived. The lash artist I chose, Tavian, texted me a few hours before my appointment to ask if I could come earlier despite me having booked 5PM a month in advance. I still came an hour early. Once I sat down, she continuously said she wasn't sure if she could do the style I wanted and that she can just "take them all off" if I didn't like it. This already made me feel unsure about it and she later told me I could come to get a free touch up. This was a nice offer until she texted me the next night trying to reschedule that too. If you book here, maybe consider their issues with time management.
