Many areas/rooms have themes like holiday, clearance, collectibles, household goods. It is very well organized. Store is pretty strict on "no large bag/backpack" policy but all employees were very friendly and respectful carrying it out. This place is not at all overpriced and you can certainly find some affordable gems without looking too hard.

I appreciate that the rules for the space are clearly posted on the wall behind the register, so the expectation for everyone is established (I would imagine it makes it easier for staff to enforce as well, because they can just refer to the sign). The clerk was very friendly and gave me some info about a game I was interested in (a collaborative version of "The Fox in the Forest"; my fiance and I love the original version), which I ended up purchasing! Every time I've ever stopped in, I've been treated kindly & with respect by the staff working there - which is *not* a given when you're a solo guy with tattoos shopping alone, trust & believe that. A really helpful & nice gentleman named Jackson showed me the "buy 1, get one 1 free" deal they were running for some of their paints. He made the process of shopping for/choosing different colors or different formulas really easy, & honored the deal fairly! He was helpful & cool. Anyone who is into wargaming, table top miniatures etc KNOWS that any kind of buy 1, get 1 deal on high end paints like Citadel, Vallejo or Army Painter is an insanely good value. Also, there has always been some kind of community gaming event happening whenever I've stopped in; which tells me it's *clearly* an important hub for the TCG/TWG community. Each room is furnished and there are plenty of doll accessories and play sets to play with. They have a whole bunch of different workshops you can sign up for that include making crafts and clothes for your doll. They offer private parties and you are welcome to come in and play anytime if the store is open. The retail part of the studio is filled with the prettiest and most unique doll clothes and accessories. This is a very special place.. I would highly suggest it if you have a little girl. The owner is very nice and very accommodating. They have been opened since October 2013.

There's a table full of heads, accessories etc. to pick through, and I did partake here, but for a more personalized look I ended up hacking several figures from the cases (this is a bit more expensive option as well).
