This was not just going to be my regular appointment with her (color touch-up for grey roots and thinning out/trimming my shoulder length, brown, super thick, curly hair--which she does so beautifully anyway! ;) Chrissy has been my personal hair stylist and good friend for several years. I told her I wanted to change my hair color from boring brown and add in hints of strawberry-blonde highlights while touching up my grey roots. She always listens and explains how and what she will actually do, before she proceeds, which educates me along the way. I love her enthusiasm, offering creative solutions---yet always checking in with me to make sure I am comfortable and content. Wow, she delivered again!
