Just came here tonight with a couple of friends, and we stayed for more than 2 hours because there…read morewas SO much to look at! We really loved this place and had a great experience! Upon walking in, you see tons off different boutiques sectioned off into different areas. There are handcrafted crafts and gifts from all different vendors, and no matter who you are, you're bound to find something you like, including candles, clothes, sports, food, jewelry, home decor, etc. Prices vary by product and vendor, so of course some vendors will be more expensive than others. Some even sell name-brands like Marc Jacobs. For the most part, I think prices were pretty fair! Not only were the products great, but so were the workers. One of the men who was stocking found out that I love penguins, so he was showing me penguin-themed items. He was nice, and we all kept laughing. Also, when we were checking out, both cashiers were extremely personable. One checked us out, and the other wrapped some of the more fragile items, which I appreciated. The cashier who checked us out absolutely loved us and had a great conversation with us about how we all had so much in common with her. When it comes to location, the building is within a strip mall, and they have tons of parking and other popular shops around. Overall, my friends and I all said we would for sure return to the store! Apparently, vendors normally update their booths every few weeks unless they're out of state, so we will definitely come back soon to see the new stock. Since it is Christmas time, the store was FULL of Christmas and holiday decor. I loved the atmosphere because of this! There were a few bare booths where no vendors were anymore, so it seems as though a couple of vendors left. *If you're an entrepreneur, I'd definitely look into a booth here!*

There is an eclectic selection of goods being sold and is a nice place to browse, as long as you are not looking for anything specific. The negative aspect is that there were many vacant booths/spaces.

I have since probably purchased over 20 Jellycats from here, it's my favorite way to do so because I love supporting a local business and this shop is genuinely just the best. Outside of Jellycats, I've gotten Hello Kitty Blue Sky Ceramics, an Allen designs clock, Christmas ornaments, a lazy Susan, and baby gifts. Although I don't live in the area, anytime I'm out towards Oak Brook I ALWAYS make sure to stop by Fairytales to see what's new. Unfortunately due to the immense popularity of Jellycats, their stock has declined significantly which is a bit of a bummer, but it seems to be out of their control from my understanding. Everyone I've interacted with here has been incredibly sweet, I've done waitlist orders (I was able to get the large snow dragon jellycat this was as well as some of the rare Christmas ornaments!), and I've done a few online pickup orders as well. Each time my items are packaged beautifully and I feel so special walking out with the super high quality, beautifully branded Fairytales bag. Downtown Lombard truly has a gem, if it was closer to me I'd frequent a lot more, but it just makes my trips even more special when I do get to stop by.

Enesco is known in the industry for its 25 years of success with the Precious Moments porcelain figurine line of products. I was given a few porcelain figurines as a child. I had one for my birth month. When I first started purchasing these it was from the store Things Remembered. I purchased the porcelain figurine for my daughter with her birth month. We still have many of these in boxes wrapped in newspaper from moving so much. This Xmas my daughter purchased the Jim Shore wooden figurine of Snoopy. Jim Shore has an open ended contract with Enesco. I love his work. I recommend you visit the website and see the available items. Their products make wonderful personal gifts. The names Precious Moments and Things Remembered certainly continue to apply to their merchandise.

I no longer have room to house that wide a collection & now they are impossible to sell due to overproduction instead of limiting quantities to make the price more sustainable. You can now buy them at garage sales & thrift stores for a few dollars at best, when they were originally as high as over $100 each. Shame on Enesco for destroying a once valuable collection that I had hoped would retain its value. I still display over 100 of my most priced ones from family & my late husband, but I now have totes filling my garage that I have no hopes of ever being able to sell.

She told me to call customer service. I did. I was on the phone for over an hour. They promised to follow up by email. I never heard back. My $40 was entirely gone. Then, a candle I purchased from Bath & Body Works exploded and nearly set my apartment on fire. Flames came from the outside of the candle & entirely caught fire to the entire wrapping & engulfed the entire product. I am lucky I caught it in time. I brought it back to the same store, upset, shaken, and concerned. Erin laughed in my face. She showed zero concern for the safety hazard and refused to exchange the candle. Again, she told me to "just call customer service." I explained I already had-and they didn't help. I asked if she, as a manager, had any authority to do something. She laughed again and said she didn't, & to call customer service. This is not just bad customer service-it's dangerous negligence. I've lost money, time, and trust. And I'm speaking up so others are aware. Bath & Body Works: do better. Your customers deserve to feel safe and respected. I will never be shopping at Bath & Body Works again & will be sharing this experience with everyone I know to warn others.

This is not the first time either they just have 1 register open, a huge line and associates standing around. Terrible management!!!!!
