My entire family and I have been seeing Dr. Mogharbel since 2007 (almost 20 years at this point), and we all appreciate her so much. She is caring, thorough, patient, personable, and no nonsense, which is a great thing for us. Building a trusting relationship with a PCP can be tough nowadays, so it gives me and my family peace of mind knowing we have someone we can turn to. I also want to add that there's a reason she has student doctors shadowing her because she truly is a great doctor and teacher with so much knowledge to share. Can't recommend her enough! read more

Dr Mogharbel has been my family practice physician for 4 years now and she is awesome. I found her because three other physicians couldn't diagnose me and she nailed it on the first shot. She's a very good physician and she's very good at diagnosing. She's the kind of doctor that tells you like it is and if you don't like being told how it is and the real deal you should probably go to one of those doctors that aren't very good. I have had the good fortune and pleasure of being a patient of Dr Karen Mogharbel since early 2002. She has created a very caring and friendly atmosphere where I actually enjoy my semi-annual check-up visits. Dr. Karen was able to detect an oncoming problem with my heart and referred me to a coronary specialist and the timing was most vital. Typical guy that I am, I don't often give up the aches and pains on my visits without her caring prompting. Would not be here today without her full commitment to my health. Her staff is also second to none and will work towards my personal schedules as needed. All aspects are covered including a nutritionist (her daughter) and referrals to specialists as needed. I am so disappointed with Dr. Mogharbel's office. I will never go there again and I would discourage anyone from seeking their help! Getting an appointment is absolutely ridiculous, the staff is consistently rude (both in person and on the phone) and they refuse to refill prescriptions unless you come in to see the doctor all the time. Which, IMO, is milking insurance. Today, the office clerk was so rude and disrespectful to me on the phone, not only calling me stupid but also telling me that if I have a problem, then I should take it up with the White House (???)! Please, take my advice and stay far, far away from these people. They are obviously not right in the head and should no longer be in business. read more

Dr Mogharbel is fun and makes me laugh, but her staff could use some work. They call me several times during the week, forgetting or not knowing what they've called about in the past. There's no previous history. They leave voicemails asking me to call back. When I do, I get a message saying their staff is busy. When I'm there for my appointment, a bunch of people are just standing around. The office hours are weird, too. read more

Poor judgement in hiring or just do not need new business. Although I was referred by a nurse to Dr Stacia Kagie I never saw her in over a year. I was referred to Dr Beth Furman who did a thorough job and also followed up with me addressing my health needs. I was recently disappointed that Dr Furman left me a message that she would not be with this office anymore. I called to try to get an appointment with Dr Kagie but unfortunately the guy who would not identify himself told me it would not be possible for her to even get back to me. After calling back another time to make sure I wasn't just rudely rejected I was warmly greeted by Jettie who was a whole lot more helpful and let me know the real situation. I would not be able to get in for a few months. With the loss of my doctor from this practice I guess they do not need my business. read more
