Caveat: this review is based solely on my personal experience. I believe this place has helped a…read morelot of people, and I encourage everyone to at least try them. If meds aren't involved, they may help. I tried to use Centerstone shortly after Meadows ceased their outpatient services. My doctor there at Meadows had been wonderful. She listened and carefully evaluated my meds regularly. Centerstone has a program that requires you to see a therapist, and they must offer a recommendation for a doctor. My therapist was somewhat new. She was very kind and patient, and did make the referral I needed. Unfortunately she was focused more on her approach than simply listening to me. I was able to see a doctor, but somewhere along the line I found out my medical information was never entered into their system. Ugh. During my very brief visit, I filled the doctor in on my meds. I had my bottles and I could provide a history. When I mentioned Adderall for my ADHD I was told they prescribe Wellbutrin for that. I told her I'd tried that and it doesnt work. She pretty much told me no doctor there would prescribe a controlled substance. Ultimately, they're more worried about themselves than about helping people. There seem to be a lot of clients with drug problems, and because of that everyone suffers. I stopped seeing them immediately. I'm crossing my fingers we get some other options in the community.

I enjoyed the group therapy and being with people battling the same issues. Today I am 365 days sober, and I know with all my heart, without ICFR and their incredible staff I wouldn't be here today! I feel great and I'm finally living my best life!!! God bless and thank you ICFR

I was there for a week in 11/2025. Now in 06/2026, they have sent me bills for $17k and $30k despite only have submitted charges to my insurance company (and I have very GOOD insurance!). For $3750 for which payment portion is less than $200. At this time, I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. I Advised my insurance conpany past november that this company was fraudulent (and also let ICR know that I'd done so which may be why they haven't forwarded additional charges to my ins co.). ICR is disorganized and tries to fill days with so called gym classes and art classes since they don't have enough valid therapists then charge exorbitant fees for these wasted hours ... it's all designed to create full 8 hour days. Almost All patients are given exact same medications no matter what their diagnoses are. It's crazy! PLEASE DO TOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE WHETHER ITS FOR MENTAL HEALTH OR SUBSTABCE ABUSE!!!! They deserve zero stars!!!

After seeing Laura for 5 months, I can confidently say I finally found a therapist I trust and feel…read morecomfortable with. The work I've done with her has significantly improved issues I struggle with. Creating a space where I can be 100% honest and vulnerable has been monumental for my mental health and growth. The perspective she provides and questions she asks have played a significant role in my progress. I was scared to try EMDR for the first time, but Laura made sure I had the tools I needed to feel safe. She allows me to set the pace, and would never push me if I'm not ready. I look forward to the work I do in session with Laura, even if it's hard I always leave feeling more like the person I want to be.

While she seemed to be a good listener, it was the business side in which she failed. She was not direct in answering my questions about making payments. All of our sessions felt more stiff and like I was talking to a stranger rather than someone I trusted to be my therapist. Definitely not the fit for me. I have also had other communication issues where I thought we scheduled for one date, when she actually scheduled me for another time. There was one time where she was 30 minutes late to our session and then told me she only had 30 minutes to give me as she had other obligations afterwards.
