When I brought the products home, they were empty. I also purchased a $200 gift certificate for botox. She never used my gift certificate for my botox and when I asked her for the money back, she refused unless I signed a waiver stating I would not slander her business. Did did refund me $575 to cover the remaining aerolase sessions and empty product but sherefused to give me back my gift certificate money. She also had an unlicensed esthetition work on my face which is probably why it never worked and I believe she diluted my botox because when she injected me it was running down my neck and back and after 2 sessions of injections my face was still unaffected. I had to go pay for more botox at another spa so I ended up paying double for botox. The nurses and staff are also very unprofessional and rude.

They let me interview for another and explicitly said they'd contact me back to move forward, but even after filling out a new application and texting my interviewer directly multiple times, I never received any indication that they remembered I exist.
