Dr Susan Richarme and her team of caring professionals are the cream of the crop …read more I gave bern going to Dr R for many years, and am very glad that she now has her own practice. There are no adequate words to describe how this doctor and her team handled the last year, as I was dealing with my Mom, who was in her last days. Rather than subject my Mom to unnecessary testing and visits, we handled most of her medical needs remotely. After the horrific flooding in August of 2016, as my Mom went into a decline , I knew that I could count on Dr R and her staff to help me deal with the situation . Because my Mom received such good care at home , she lived to age 97, and we never placed her in a nursing home. My emotional, spiritual , as well as physical needs were met . To me, this alone is worth the yearly fee. In the past, when I have been out of town , or have needed medical guidance , medication, etc. I have been impressed with the entire medical teams effort to ameliorate any situation. I have, personally , been part of the medical community as a nurse. As many people know, nurses don't really enjoy being a client - we would much rather give an injection , and not receive one. Even when having my blood drawn , this last time, I barely felt the needle stick; Offering experience , expertise and precision is what Maryanne does better than anyone. In this practice, there are no long wait times; the only time I ever had to wait was during a medical emergency , and even this was not long. One of my pet peeves is to wait in doctors offices...yet another reason I prize MDVIP. The best way I can describe the experience here is to compare this business to something we all are familiar with... vehicles . I used to drive a 13 y o pick up truck - yes , it did get me from point A to B. But being a part of this family practice is like graduating to a BMW M5 or a Bugatti... The premium experience received here IS worth the yearly fee... When I drove the 13 y o pickup , until I drove an M5, I was content with my truck ... Dr Richarmes practice will meet and exceed your expectations , and in the process of receiving top notch " maintenance ", you'll actually enjoy the ride. The care that we have received here has exceeded all of our expectations . Kudos to the entire team. Lastly, when you need to call the doctor, you can... and she is very detail oriented. Like most medical pros, Richarme keeps current with new methods and procedures, and she does accept most insurance. I truly hope that she knows that her clients think of her as more than just a great doctor ; Dr R is a friend to many. I hope that she will not mind being compared to a BMW M5.

Dr Walker has been my husband and my primary doctor for a year…read more His is nurse is wonderful and I feel any conversation I have with her is listened to and directed to Dr Walker in a timely manner. Dr Walkr himself has been a good doctor but it's his staff that makes a difficult appointment. The office manager told me a straight up lie. Told me I could not bring a bottle of water in because OSHA said so. Little did she know I use to work at OSHA and their rules are for employees not patients. Also there are no laws for bidding taking a drink into a doctors office. I called to make sure. OSHA just laughed. Bad lie lady (Tiffany I think is her name) If it is office rule that's fine. Just post it at the desk and be nice about informing people. Debbie is at the front desk and I don't think she has ever been nice to me or even smiled. I can tell you about a mother that put their kindergarten student on the bus the first day of school. Scandelous and bad mothering. I can tell you about the lady in the store cutting in line or I can tell you about bad service at Mc Donalds. I can tell you these things because I had to stand and listen to her fuss with other employees while I am waiting for her to acknowledge me and check me in. I can also tell you how she was demanding co-payment when I have 2 insurance policies and don't have co-pays. I can also tell you when she did figure it out she didn't say "Im sorry for the inconvenience " she just threw her hand around and told me to go sit down. I have spoken to other patients who have similar stories and complaints about Debbie. I have tried to address these complaints with the office manager and have gotten no where or just lied to. Make a it very difficult to see a doctor when you see him for 5 - 10 minutes but have to go thru an hour of BS by bad employees. I want to say again that his nurse is a different story and is very pleasant and knowledgable. If I could skip and just see her and Dr Walker it would be nice

She doesn't care if you can't afford the medication that she wants to write for you. She refused to write a script for a less costly option that I previously took that worked great for me. She was forcing me to take a higher milligram of my ADD medicine than I needed. I also found out I wasn't taking a medication correctly because she didn't clearly explain to me that I was supposed to take both capsules at the exact same time the bottle just said take 2 a day. When I told her I was taking the second pill 2 hours after the first one and it was working great for me instead of schooling me on proper way to take it going forward she just refused to write my prescription. She also prescribed for me to take potassium supplements when my blood work showed that my potassium levels were on the high end of the normal range. When I questioned why she was prescribing that she got angry that I questioned her. Too much potassium can lead to a heart attack. It was a reasonable question. You should never be afraid to ask questions related to your health. If you are unahappy with the service she is providing don't let her know it because once I made a complaint she treated me differently and instead of helping me with simple things told me to see a specialist about everything and found ways to punish me (like not writting a script for an affordable in stock option). Got a rash see a specialist. Got a nail fungus see a specialist. There are good doctors at this clinic but Tracey is not one of them. I got stuck with her when my primary doctors client base got too big. She started off doing ok but the quality of care declined. I stayed as long as I did because I had been going to that clinic for 25+ years, but sticking with them when I got switched over to Tracey was a big mistake that I hope I can help others to avoid. You only get one life and you need to be able to trust your doctor. I don't trust her and for that reason I will be changing doctors.

I have gone to this doctor's office for several years since my previous doctors had retired. Dr…read more Stewart was a local doctor and she seemed decent enough for the simple aches and pains. I don't have to go often, and when I do, the wait is usually over an hour or more to see the doctor. When I arrived for one particular visit for one of their earliest appointments, I had to wait a few minutes before I could sign myself in for my appointment. After several minutes, the receptionist asked me for my information. I told her nothing had changed but she insisted I fill out the paperwork. I had let out a sigh since I was tired which the receptionist apparently took the wrong way. The receptionist was extremely rude to me from that point on. While filling out my paperwork, I could hear the receptionist telling the office manager "If a patient wants to be rude, I can be even ruder to them." She and the office manager proceeded to sternly yell at me across the waiting room asking for my insurance card. I asked them to please wait so I could use the information to finish filling out my paperwork. I had to repeat myself several times as they continued to yell at me in front of the other patients in the waiting room (I did have to raise my voice once unfortunately). After being able to turn in all my paperwork and cards, they had seemed to calm down behind the back desk. My name was called and I proceeded to the back. Once in the patient room, I asked the office manager (who was the nurse who was bringing me to the room) about a shot I needed to get. She said they are UNABLE to order that common shot (mmr). After she left my patient room, I was talking to a family member who had arrived late about the experience I had been having so far. Suddenly my patient room door opened without a knock and it was the receptionist. She then start to yell at me saying all they needed was my information. My family member and I were shocked that this receptionist just let herself into my patient room. I asked her if she was eavesdropping. She got extremely defensive and said that she was getting something outside the closet outside my patient room and she could just hear us. She continued to say unprofessional things loudly. When I mentioned to her that she should probably not say negative things about patients within earshot, she became shocked and denied the claim. She then started yelling "I'm so done! I'm so done with all this!" She at least closed the door behind her when leaving my patient room. We waited a few more minutes then the doctor came in. She asked us to leave saying we were too much of a disruption. We asked her if she knew about what her staff did and told her some of the most unprofessional things her staff did. She denied her staff did anything, did not apologize for the behavior of her staff, and then asked us to leave again. We told her we were already to leave and wanted a refund of our co-pay. We thankfully were able to get our co-pay back and left gladly. We are know looking for a new doctor. We were appalled at the whole situation and lack of professionalism. Basically, rude and unprofessional staff, no respect for patients, can't get/order all the necessary and common shots, and will refuse to see patients. We ARE looking for a new doctor with a better staff. We are also contacting our healthcare provider to alert them to the unprofessional nature there since she was part of the approved network.

LT Beaton wrote this review:…read more Going to a doctor is never fun although I was pretty upbeat today when I walked into this clinic in the hopes that either Dr Taylor or Dr Moore was going to be my new doctor. I was sent by several strong referrals but never made it past the receptionist. The first thing catching my eye was a sign at the sign-in window warning everyone of EBOLA. Wasn't Fox News scaring people with that just last year. I think 2 or 3 U.S. citizens even contacted it? Why not warnings about obesity and substance abuse.....or mouth cancer from the 35 flavors of Skoa sitting on a store shelf just down the street? I wasn't there for pain but 1 of the forms said (in BOLD letters) "We don't treat people with chronic pain". Isn't that why people go to a doctor? Are there that many pill heads that doctors won't treat their patients anymore? After watching General Hospital in the waiting for 15 minutes, I decided to change the channel. There wasn't anyone in the room so I didn't see no harm. In the middle of changing it a young receptionist sarcastically said, "excuse me MISS but please don't touch the TV". I turned to laugh but there wasn't a smile on her face. She was genuinely angry. My shoulder length hair probably threw her but geez. I started getting really uncomfortable because obviously I had rubbed her wrong. After another 10 minutes finally left. I'm still looking for a good doctor (and a staff) that are compassionate with their patients.
