They want your insurance form, not your health. I hope they can do something to make this office more ADA friendly and elderly friendly.

How are you telling me that I have to pay, but then tell me you don't know the cost and then to go somewhere else? She keeps asking why I needed to see the doctor, which I explained 3 times. She said there was a telehealth because the doctor only works a half day, which I said I was willing to do, but then she doesn't want to book it and continues to ask why I needed to see the doctor. Listen, I am a medical provider too, and would not make an appointment if I didn't need to!

I'm a male in my 40's whom Dr offices and hospitals make me extremely nervous and uncomfortable…read more I've never posted an on-line review of anything or anyone but felt compelled to do so after changing my PCP to Dr. Kenny. I had been happy with my former PCP whom had cared for me for the past 20 yrs. Over the past few years I've needed more than the usual yearly physical. As I needed more care and answers I felt that I was getting less and less of what I needed from a PCP. I felt as though I was more of a burden and an annoyance than a patient that was just looking for answers and explanations. I needed a change...for my health and happiness. I decided to change over to Dr. Kenny after meeting & speaking with him. We're blessed to have great Dr's in the Boston area that are smart, caring and knowledgeable. What made Dr. Kenny stand out to me was his combination of these characteristics and his ability to put me at ease and actually listen to my concerns and fears while correctly diagnosing me. I'm constantly impressed with his vast knowledge and approach to practicing medicine. I wish I had met Dr. Kenny years ago!

He'll cite various studies that you weren't aware of. He also cares about your health and shakes your hand everytime he sees you. He's not afraid to be direct with you in regards to your health. His staff? Also very friendly and greets you by name. Need copies of your payments for your health care reimbursement? No problem. They'll fax away to you. In and out. I rarely wait at all. Have tests done? They'll send a you a letter with the results. I like that. I can go back over the years and see how my cholesterol has changed, etc. Early appointments? HA! Not here. I realized over time that she was thorough and only wanted the best for me--even when she's really busy and has a million other things to do. She could simply write off what my other doctors have said as correct to make her life easier, but she never has. She deserves a lot of respect for that. As for the waiting room--staff behind counter are amazingly sweet. but the tv in the waiting room is literally always on the dumbest tv station. When you're waiting it's not the best. Especially if you go to the doctor a lot like me.
