I've referred friends to my PCP and they've had a good experience thus far. If you need help on weekends u can go urgent over in braintree. A lot of times you can definitely get closer appointments by using the app my health and getting on waitlist for cancellations or call back every few days to get bumped up. Again a lot negatives on here but i haven't had issue since my last PCP was incompetent and didn't even tell me results from lab work. (Pre- my health app days). Dr. M. Biag! Thumbs up to you and the team! The Pharmacy here at Atrius always gets my RX done within 15-20 min after an appointment. I think there's a lot of entitled folks seem to just want everything done for them, the team can only work with what's given to them and how proactive you are about your own health care.

Even though my plan specifically says "No PCP required" the admin staff there do not know what to do and left it with "contact your insurance". Apparently, billing & claims has turned into rocket science. Again, nothing against the healthcare team, but the admin/support team needs all to be replaced with AI.

I had been happy with my former PCP whom had cared for me for the past 20 yrs. Over the past few years I've needed more than the usual yearly physical. As I needed more care and answers I felt that I was getting less and less of what I needed from a PCP. I felt as though I was more of a burden and an annoyance than a patient that was just looking for answers and explanations. I needed a change...for my health and happiness. I feel like he talks "with me" instead of "at me". Recently I needed to see a doctor on short notice. I called the center at about 9:15am and they were able to get me in to see doctor Shiner at 11:30am the same day! They work hand in hand with Quincy medical as well. So if they need you to get an MRI or UltraSound etc they send you over to Quincy Medical with paperwork in hand- its pretty easy.
