Staff is very friendly and helpful. Once you walk in, the office has a positive vibe. Paperwork is pretty simple and only takes you 5 min. There is street parking available which is not a huddle at all. I had a pleasant experience. They also notified me about their in house dental insurance- $350 a year you get an xray, 2 cleanings and exams, and 25% off if you need any procedures like root canal etc. they also offer care credit separate from the insurance which assists you with payments. They were very informative and not pushy at all! They kept emphasizing "this is our recommendation but it's ultimately up to you". We also got free dental floss toothpaste and brushes in the end. Nice practice and will consider getting in house insurance!

When insurance coverage at work changed around 2004, went to a different dentist to be completely disappointed. Luckily, the dental coverage changed again and Dr. Anita was a participating dentist in the plan. Hurray!
