This year, we are thoroughly disappointed with the service. They came on April 22 to turn the system on. We were not there when the serviceperson came (usually, they give us a heads up and we leave garage door open). When we checked in the evening, the system had been turned on in the garage (the control panel), but one of the valves outside was still closed. We thought the person who came forgot to turn it one (which would be weird since they are supposed to test to see that all the sprinklers are working). We turned to valve on, only to notice that there was a big leak. We had the number of the person, so we called him the following day. He said that he would have to check his notes, to see what he had wrote down and whether he had noted any issues (mind you, we called the day after he had been to our home!). We gave it a couple of days. We called again, he did not pick the phone. We called the Blueville Nursery office and reported the issue. The person who picked the phone said they did not have a report about our house. And that they do not have a record of us being their customer!!! She asked for time to look into the issue and get back to us. That is the last we heard from them. Needless to say, we are looking for someone to fix the leak and to do our winterization moving forward.

After waiting one week to be contacted by Lindquist Lawn & Landscape a voice mail message was left requesting a call back. Lindquist Lawn & Landscape never returned a call. It has been approximately five weeks since the voice mail message was left and still no contact. If the intention was to not provide this service it would have been better to decline at the onset of the initial contact and not promise to make an evaluation and eventually supply a bid for the work.

This is a one bedroom Bed & Breakfast and Tim truly treats you well. It is very evident that he enjoys what he does and he takes care of his guests. Walking in, he offered me iced tea and gave me a tour of his beautiful home. There is a story behind everything and he can tell you all about your journey around the world. There is no TV in the room but he has a huge collection of movies that you can watch in his "den." I woke up to the smell of coffee and a delicious breakfast served on fine china over candlelight.

Regular zoo insect houses are okay, but pale in comparison to the K-State insect zoo. During Friday evening rehearsal and Saturday morning set up, the A/C was working fine. Upon return at 4 pm before the 6:30 pm ceremony, A/C was not working and the owner and staff shrugged it off and blamed us for leaving the doors open even though we had locked the space and no one had access. It was a soppy, hot reception and many guests left early because it was intolerable. The owner showed no compassion or concern for THEIR facility problem. We tried to communicate after the ceremony about the problem and Terry Priest and Dell Anne just keep passing the blame and no one has taken accountability.
