I never knew frozen grapes existed. Imagine my surprise when I found this cute shop and realized frozen grapes are what was missing in my life. My son happen to be visiting from Indiana at the time he still talks about them three years later! I wonder if you can ship frozen grapes... Lol Seriously, KAK has a really fun and delicious menu. Maybe someday I will try the Kandy apples? read more

What a delight and fun experience. You can always make your own candied apples, but these are on a whole different level. The candy coating is thicker, tastier and the apples are huge and juicy! I decided to splurge on the candied grapes. Don't know what to expect and I am so glad I did. They were delicious! I especially liked how they were bite-sized and easy to handle while driving. (I couldn't wait!) Also chose the candied marshmallows as gifts for my neighbors. One neighbor was out of town so I ended up trying what was going to be theirs. Oh my goodness. Bliss! The mix of crunch and marshmallow chewiness was delightful. Definitely coming back. read more

I've seen this shop on TikTok a few times and decided to give it a try. I got the Oreo popcorn and turtle brownie. Both were a great size and priced reasonably at $8.00 each. This business is 100 % cashless. Very clean and a nice setup. I didn't buy any candy apples because they were melting already. The door was propped open and today's temperature was around 94 degrees. I'm not sure if that was a factor thus my rating. The items I purchased were good but not spectacular and I didn't get to try their signature item. read more

Specialty shop with candied apples and fruit. I got the turtle caramel apple - AMAZING. The best candied apple I've ever had. The young gal at the service counter was a delight. The shop was clean, bright, and colorful. TikTok brought us here. The experience will bring us back. read more

Very nice apples was good my fav was the red candy apple they had a lot more good sweet stuff

I have heard about this place for sometime, but never was able to try it because of the hours and my schedule. However, today was my lucky day - I was available and they were open! This location is located in a small shopping center off of Capital Blvd. There is plenty of parking overall, however, it might not be right in front of the location if its a busy time of day. I love a candy apple, so I was excited to try other things that are candied like the apple. I asked the staff for suggestions. They were so friendly and welcoming. All suggestions I did purchase and was very pleased. All things were great, but my favorite were the grapes. THE FROZEN GRAPES are life lmbo! They are sweet, cold, and crunchy - soooo good! Will be back to enjoy them and other treats as well. read more

I really wish I could leave TEN stars! We were in the area running errands and spotted Kandy Apples by K! I love the vibe! "Omgoodness" was what I said after my first bite! I normally only go to the fair for apples! Listennnnn, those ain't these! These are P-E-R-F-E-C-T! The candy, the apple, the customer service, all of it... 10/10! I went back the following weekend and bought 4 more! I ate three by myself in less than 24 hours! I can't remember all the flavors we've tried, but they were ALL delicious. My top 3 picks are sparkling wine, mango, & carnival! read more

I dropped into Kandy Apples by K one day while in the area. The staff there that afternoon was nice and welcoming. The space is clean. I purchased two candy apples. Strawberry crunch and Caramel Delight. The Caramel Delight was delicious. Every bite! I'm such a fan now and almost kept the strawberry crunch which I purchased for my sister. She also enjoyed her apple. Don't walk, RUN there now to get yours. You will not be disappointed. read more

This was such a MUST HAVE experience! Now, the parking lot in of all paces to be named "Plantation Square." Let's work on that name Raleigh, North Carolina. Ok, back to my AMAZING experience...The atmosphere is set with the beautiful "princess like" design. All of the Candy Apples... No, for real..All the various flavors of Candy Okay, in fairness.. I came for the frozen grapes. The helpfulness of the staff just made it an all around AWESOME experience. I purchased the Tropical Friut Pinch Frozen Grapes which come frozen topped with candied nerds. Now, to be honest.. I could only tackle one.. I was advised to allow them to sit for a few.. The nerds and the frozen grape.. Well, just didn't want to end up at the dentist before my scheduled time. Hats off to th STRONG TEETH cause those frozen grapes are DELICIOUS! Thus the five star review. read more

I really wish I wouldn't have visited Kandy Apples by K today. Not because I didn't like what I purchased but because I LOVED what I purchased. Which is a great thing. I cannot put the candy grapes down and walk away without them calling my name and me going back. Each time telling myself to just eat one more. Feeling a bit like a Pringles commercial over here. I popped and I can't stop. Even my husband, who isn't a huge sweets fan, can't stay away from them. I'm almost a bit upset I didn't purchase two. I saw an instagram reel about this place yesterday and knew I had to get there asap. So very glad that I did. The store front is in a great spot and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be back. Sooner rather than later. read more

Ok, so I am in Charlotte, but I follow foodie pages all over. Kandy Apples by K has been filling my Instagram timeline with colorful treats forever and I kept saying I'll get to Raleigh eventually so I can stop drooling on my phone. Well I finally made the drive (with these gas prices! I know right.) And let me tell you, the space is so clean, so bright, so inviting and the ladies working were very sweet. I had no idea what I wanted because everything looked amazing. I got some expert opinions and got a variety of things. As soon as I hopped back in the car, I had to try a candy grape. The smell alone was intoxicating and the taste was a wonderful mix of sweet and sour candy with a burst of freshness from the fresh fruit. I realized then that I would not be sharing my treats so I turned the car around and went back in for more! No shame here, it was totally worth it for me to have enough for everyone at home to try. Please support this awesome woman owned business! There is truly care and quality in every bite. And if you have a sweet tooth like me, go ahead and buy extra! read more

I pretty much frequent K's weekly. It's well worth the drive from Chapel Hill. I love the candied grapes and flavor varieties. The pineapple is hands down my absolute favorite!!! And the pineapple grapes?!!! Oh....emmmm.....geeee. My next favorite was the key lime but I've only seen it once. I look forward to seeing the different flavors and candies fruits. I've tried the golden kiwi, Asian pear, marshmallows, and most of the apples lol. I've NEVER been disappointed. I rarely get photos because the grapes don't usually make it home and we always dive into the apples. Also, the decor is so chic. read more

I had one place in mind when deciding what to get my daughter, niece and sister a Valentines gift. The interior is small but modern and bright. There was a good variety of candy apples to choose from. I swear I wanted to get one of everything. Of course, the classic candy apple (red) was delicious but I was soooooooo pleasantly surprised by how good the Oreo candy apple was. I loved it! My niece liked the cotton candy apple and my sister liked the pineapple candy apple. I'll be going back for more very very soon! read more

To be honest, I didn't really understand the need for a store that only sold candy apples, but now that I've been, I completely understand the hype. Since it was fall, I had been craving something caramel and found myself nearby Kandy Apples by K. Due to their Covid protocols, we had a small wait to get inside. They are only allowing in three customers at a time, which I totally appreciate. They had an incredible selection of candied apples, grapes, delectable chocoloate covered caramel apples in varieties I couldn't even dream up. We scooped up a Heath bar apple and a jolly rancher one, so we could try both the caramel and candied apple varieties. They were easy to slice up and so delicious. The perfect mix of tart and sweet! I've been thinking about it ever since I've had it, but hope I can get back soon to try additional flavors. read more

Delicious Candy Apples! Always a great experience from the apples to the people. Highly recommend!

Stopped by after seeing the "Candy Apples" signage. They are currently only allowing 3 people in at a time (Covid safety protocol) I went in the afternoon so a lot of the items were out. However I was able to try the nerd covered grapes (believe it or not they were delicious) We also got a turtle candy apple (it was just... ok) The lone worker was ok, however being as it was my first time there, I asked for suggestions and she wasn't very talkative or helpful. Maybe she was tired... I don't know. However, it would've been a better experience had the mood been lighter. It's a cute, clean specialty store and I'll be sure to return when I have that inkling for a candied apple. read more

Soooo delicious! When I walked up there was a line out the door so I was a little worried, but I quickly realized it was because they are using good social distancing protocols! They were also able to serve the line very quickly, so even starting with a line out the door, I had my goodies and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. They had a large assortment of candy and caramel covered apples, as well as some frozen candy coated grapes and marshmallow, all were amazing!! read more

Delicious candy apples and friendly staff. I tried the lucy glo carnival candy apple and the cotton candy apple which were both good. Im usually not a fan of candy apples that you get at the fair or amusement parks but these were really good. I also tried the candy pineapples. They were good but a little too sweet for me. I will definitely be back to try out more candy apple flavors. read more

So delicious! I had been following them on Instagram and decided to finally place an order. During COVID-19 you can order online for a certain pickup day. You just pull up the shop and call their number (clearly labeled on all the signs) to let them know you are outside-- then they bring your apples right out. I went with the traditional candy apple and the turtle candy apple, both super delicious! I'd say if you want to eat it bit by bit the turtle apple did better once cut into vs the traditional. Makes sense, since the sugar starts to melt from the moisture in the cut apple bag on the traditional. I would definitely order from here again when I felt in the mood for a candy apple. Are they inexpensive? Definitely not, but they are delicious! I know someone mentioned preferring the apples at a big name chocolate store, but I'd rather pay the $1 or $2 extra to support a great local business making a product they really care about! read more

Kim an her family have something very special and unique. These aren't like the cheap candy apples you find in the grocery store or local fair. These are top quality gourmet candy apples and fruits. First time going yesterday and only because I ran into one of my old coworkers in the mall and she had the pineapple in her hand eating it. I was like honey what are you eating because that looks good. She offered me one and I said no I'm going to get my own. The and was so yummy. I took a kiwi to my nail tech Nancy in Wake Forest I know she enjoyed it always. I live in Henderson and my son was like ma can we go back today. I said no but I promised we'd go back this week. The pineapples are good frozen but even better once they thaw out for a few minutes. I will load pics next time if possible. Lol read more

Good apples but really expensive for what they are. $5 for a traditional apple and $10 for a "turtle" is a bit excessive in my opinion. Compared to Rocky Mountain candy apples in cost but RM has a wider variety of choices to choose from and honestly, I'm just gonna wait for the fair to come back around and get my 4 for $5 plain candy apples... read more

If you want fresh crisp candy apples, you will LOVE this place! These are NOT the same as the state fair or carnival apples that are mushy or go bad after a day or so. I've had Kandy Apples by K apples in my fridge for over 2 weeks and the apples and candy were still crunchy and delicious! They have an endless amount of flavors: pineapple, cotton candy, watermelon, cake batter, green apple, regular red carnival, mango, sparkling wine, melon, tropical punch, fruit punch, just to name a few! They even do speciality apples like Oreo, Turtle, Butterfinger, Apple Pie, carrot cake, red velvet and strawberry shortcake crumble! She most recently added a new item to the menu...candied GRAPES!! Have you ever had frozen grapes? Now imagine them dipped in a thin candy shell! YUMMY!! I've ordered apples as favors for my daughter's graduation party and for my son's birthday. The kids (and adults) loved them! Check out their social media to see all the creations she's made for local businesses, realtors, baby showers, graduations etc. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! read more

This place has the most amazing candy apples I've ever tasted. The apples they use are perfectly tart while the candy is deliciously sweet. There are so many flavors available like cotton candy, cake batter, caramel, strawberry shortcake, and do many more. They also sell candy grapes and candy marshmallows which is pretty unique. My first bite into these apples had me hooked! I'm telling you there's absolutely nothing like these. Get there early because they will sell out. The owner hand dips all of the apples herself. The designs are just as beautiful as the taste. They also accept custom orders in bulk if you order a week in advance. read more

I'd been craving a fair candy apple. I normally go to Rocky Mount Chocolate to get candy apples but a lot of times they are out of the traditional red, candy ones so I used google go see if there was another option. So glad I did! We tried a few different kinds and they were all outstanding! Surprisingly, the ones with nerds wasn't too sweet and so far is our favorite.
