I received a text the following day, indicating my order was ready! Quick and efficient! The price isn't too bad either.

I told her they were not dirty and she could smell them if she liked she said "NO"! that is fine but I didn't know that she was the leader in standards, the clothing she was wearing was not that great so I'm not sure why she would act like that, its a donation center. Im just wondering if she just doesn't want to have to sort them, or just do a decent job. The past few years the way it is being ran is a disgrace, I have gone there many times and most of the clothes in the bins were not in as good of condition as the stuff I was donating. Who is she to say what the community wants or needs. To top it all off the pricing is outrageous for donated items. Its sad, I was donating that stuff so others could find clothing and toys at an affordable rate but I GUESS THAT DOESN"T EXIST ANYWHERE IN THIS STATE. For shame on your company and workers. I have been there a few times since she has started and I can only say she has never been kind to me. I think maybe you should find people that want to do the job, are happy to have the job. If you don't like what you do move on. In a state where everything is so expensive they should be ashamed of themselves and the way they treat people. I will tell everyone I know how crappy the service is, how rude they are to people,. It borders on hatefulness the way they act over there. Take a note of how awesome the donation center used to be before covid-I'm not sure what has changed over the years besides the quality of workers that they hire. Maybe that is intentional, I don't know but I do know that business' don't last long, or if they are still around aren't profiting like they used to. Keep that in mind. I will never shop there nor will I ever donate anything there. I will just give it away first, throw it away(good stuff, that's a shame), maybe I will just take it to a competitor just for spite
