Melisa is the best at both! She has never made a mistake, she just gets better every time I go in! People are constantly asking me about my hair & complimenting my bangs & my color since I started seeing her!. I had my first cut, color and highlight by Melisa today and I couldn't be happier. She really understood what type of style and overall look I was going for and how to achieve it. The first thing she asked me when I sat in her chair was 'tell me what isn't working for you with your current style'. I don't think any stylist has asked me that before. We talked for awhile about options and decided on a stylish wavy bob with fresher, richer color and a few highlights for that extra kick. Hands down, Melisa is the best hairdresser I have ever had! I am super picky when it comes to my hair and I have been to so many stylists in the Walnut Creek/Concord area.
