Respectfully gave her opinion on how much she thought I should cut off and when I told her I really just wanted an inch, she did what I asked. It had a super cold agent that sprayed each time the laser went on, they NEVER covered the same area twice and I was never burned and it never hurt. It was painless. This aesthetician did not know how to laser a woman of color nor did she have any awareness that's it's highly rude and cultural disrespectful to say someone is dark. Horrible experience.
