We had a walk in appointment at a vet in Riverside and had to wait for a few hours. While we waited to see the vet, I called Izabark to ask if she could quickly trim out his hind legs so I could see what was causing this infection. She quickly got my dog in and trimmed him up for me. She was so kind and refused payment, giving a service out of her kindness. Sadly, my son's dog passed. The vet thinks it was a snake or spider bite or even a very fast growing cancer. It all happened so fast. I definitely recommend this groomer. My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

We scheduled an appointment to see some available puppies she had online that weekend. At the appointment, she brought out three different schnoodles we were interested in. The one we ended up choosing was Snowflake. She was a 13 week schnoodle. At first when Ashlee brought Snowflake out, she was very shy and timid. But that's to be expected from meeting new people for the very first time. Slowly Snowflake opened up and she was so sweet. We ended up buying her that weekend, but we were not prepared at home for Snowflake. Ashlee offered to keep Snowflake for a week so we could buy all the necessary things for her! So kind of Ashlee to offer. We came back the following weekend and picked up Snowflake. Ashlee was very knowledgeable and informative of all our questions. She also mentioned that their team is available to us for the lifetime of the dog! They also provided a very detailed handbook for us to review, and it was so helpful. When we brought Snowflake home, she was shy and scared but that's because it was an unfamiliar place. Snowflake was already litter box trained and did so well at that at home too. She eventually started to open up. Snowflake is now 16 weeks and is the sweetest little girl. She learns so quick! Ashlee also mentioned her dogs are very aware of the word "no." Snowflake picked up a lot of things very fast and is very into words of affirmation. We also just had her 16 weeks vet check up and Snowflake is a healthy puppy. We couldn't have asked for more. Ashlee and her team are always available. Whenever I had a question, she would respond within minutes. I felt very secure knowing we had a puppy from someone who has been in the breeding business for a long time.
