The Kambal Pandesal at Cubao Expo is a god sent. It's perfect for my broke drunken nights at Expo. I usually head here to buy pandesal to fill me up before I hit a bottle of rum and coke. My Php5 has never been more sulit. And this little bakery franchise is popping up everywhere with its distinct and bold yellow, green and red colors, it's hard to miss. They also have a variety of pandesals, mostly with fillings, Sadly, that day I ordered, their Pan de Isda was out of stock so I settled for a Pan de Queso which was soft and chewy but had a sad stick of cheese inside so medyo fail. The pandesal also looks delectable because of its buttery glaze although I imagine it more mouthwatering fresh out of the oven.
