Have never been into the shop itself, have always got…read morethings delivered, but everything ordered has been delivered quickly and courteously, and we've never had an order delivered wrong - all of our preferences are catered for and on the odd occasion I've forgotten to mention something they've been happy to sort it for me before they send the order out. The food is brilliant, with the lamb shish in particular being gorgeous - obviously fresh, good quality and just-chargrilled - and the salad is crisp and fresh also. The chips have got better recently too; at first they were quite soggy and almost inedible, but somehow this has got fixed recently and they're bloody lovely! My only real gripe is that they won't take cards or even a cheque, everything is cash only, and you can't order from places like Just-eat or whatever which makes things a little inconvenient as I don't usually carry cash around. Given how good the food is though, I can't complain too much?

It was basically bread with overload of cheese and a few sad tomatoes. I returned the pizza and asked to get my money back, one of the staff started recording me with his phone! Accusing me for blackmailing! I politely tried to explain the Arab man that returning food due to low quality is not considered to be blackmailing in the UK. After several attempt asking him to stop recording me, as I haven't given him permission to do so, I was kicked out of their store. I found this reaction super intimidating, and got the impression that this kebab store often got a lot of complaints from costumers. I will never make any purchase from that kebab store again. I have never before experienced such a primitive and rude behavior against costumers. This experience was outrageous! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Pretty sure they put chicken in the pita then realized it was supposed to be veggie and took the chicken out and forgot to put halloumi in. For a vegetarian this is not okay. Also finding a rubber band in food is terrible, someone could have chocked on that. Then a 3 person had a horrible salad. It took 48 minutes for food to come We did get a refund for 2 of the 6 meals but honestly that's not okay. Manager said they are understaffed but unfortunately it's not really an excuse. Would not recommend this place.
