He handled it quickly, he gave prompt updates, he responded to questions thoroughly, and he was a total pleasure to deal with. My understanding is that he handles both personal and business matters and I highly recommend him for either. When I was confronted with my problem, I spoke to many possible service providers. Almost every single one used scare tactics to try and intimidate me into hiring them. Sonam did not. He was very straightforward. He made no guarantees but he did lay out a very logical strategy and he made me confident that we were doing the best we could. When it was all said and done, he over delivered and exceeded all my expectations. He's a true champion of tech, and he's very chill, peaceful guy. I could not say enough about tremendous he is.
