He said the most out of line things that should not have been said during an interview I was very much attacked and was spoken aggressively during the whole entire interview the few things that I was told is that "by the looks of me I do not look like I am made out for this" also how I have never really done hard work in my life speaking as if he is me and also telling me that I do not want the position that I applied for Steve is very inappropriate and unprofessional and aggressive. A person also cannot tell another human being what they want and do not want, and absolutely cannot tell someone if they have worked hard or not in their life that is absolutely way out of line. The Owner and Operator Steve Wylie is disgusting has unprofessionalism & rude and cruel for absolutely no reason whatsoever I believe I was discriminated against and believe I also encountered an adult bully that has not been put in their place and thinks they will not have consequences to their actions. I would not recommend for anyone to apply with The Maids in Ardmore, Oklahoma. As anyone can see that it is a very toxic judgmental discriminating work environment . Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days.
