Extremely beautiful hotel -- from the outside and inside the lobby. The lobby boasts a huge…read morefireplace, helping the large room seem luxurious. However. The carpeting in the stairwell is tattered and dirty. Literally a small pile of dirt on one side of one of the stairs, with the remainder spilling onto the other stairs. I understand people come here to do outdoorsy things, but some upkeep should be still be required. The room or "suite" while large, was oddly shaped and the TV, on the other side of the room, far away from the bed, was extremely small. I think there are better hotel options in Kalispell.

Additionally, I got profiled by a guy named Scott in the lobby which was such an awkward and unpleasant experience. I went out to eat and come back to the hotel with left overs, asked the front desk person, who had checked me in, for a recommendation and walked up to my room to drop off my food. After calling an uber I walked back down to the lobby at which point Scott approached me and started hassling me about if I was staying at the hotel. I've travelled for work for about 8 years now and have never felt so unwelcome or accosted in a hotel before. Horribly unprofessional and a terrible experience. After a productive conversation with manager this morning, I feel better about my experience. Mistakes do happen but it is refreshing and important to have seen management take an interest and reach out to me about the experience. Thank you very much for your time Lacey

This was a budget friendly hotel option at the base of Glacier National Park so we knew going into…read moreit that it would be no frills but all we could hope for was a clean and simple room. Luckily, it was a clean and simple room. The building itself reminded me of church camp - the room didn't have bunkbeds but it wouldn't be surprising if they did ;) The location neighboring the fancier skiing resorts (walking distance) was lovely for the views, trails and mini stores. Unfortunately, the thing that didn't make us love C'mon Inn was the lack of COVID safety precautions. The staff was half-heartedly wearing masks (some did / some did not), and none of the other guests we encountered were wearing masks. We thoroughly sanitized our own room but it didn't feel that this was a top priority for this hotel as it wasn't communicated. Overall, it got the job done but it's too bad they aren't taking the pandemic more seriously for their guests' safety.

People are friendly, the atmosphere seems to encourage conversations and friendliness. Staff are very helpful and know about the area. Rebecca encouraged us to try cross country skiing. Cross country ski trails are accessible from the lower lodge. Almost forgot the hot tub! Good to soak the sore muscles at the end of the day.

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are tidy and clean. No refrigerators but they have coolers available on loan which worked out well. Very quiet at night. Continental breakfast has interesting options besides the usual like quiche and baked oatmeal. Fresh baked cookies and popcorn in the evenings. Parking is free. Would definitely stay again.

I really hate we only had one night there though because it was just super satisfying. Cookies and popcorn at check-in and the luxury of an elevator to our room, which isn't always the case with old properties. The lobby is massive and has been decorated with the best mix of antiques and rustic modern pieces. There are even Chesterfield sofas...my fave! The rooms are a bit small, but that was expected knowing it is an older property. Everything was super clean, even the bathroom grout which is one of my pet peeves. ;) I read that there was a continental breakfast, which sounded underwhelming, so we had planned to go out for a bite. One look at the spread though and we decided to stay. Quiche, yogurts, fresh baked pastries, cereals, juices, and some breads and spreads went way beyond 'continental'. Everything was tasty and we had a nice chat with the sweet girl at the desk who was doing that job and keeping the bar restocked. So happy we decided to give this sweet, local spot a try! Several good restaurants and breweries within walking distance too!
