Crispy on the bottom and juicy on the inside. The beef noodle soup was also very good with tender meat and tendons. They provide chili oil on the side so you can spice your soup to your preference. The lamb and scallions was seasoned very nicely and they provide a plate warmer because there's nothing worse than cold lamb!
