The office staff doesn't care about patient needs. The doctor spends more time looking at her computer and typing than she does facing me and the one time I had to see another Dr, he asked me questions that, if he had been listening to me when I explained what was going on, he wouldn't have needed to ask. I'm disgusted with primary care associates and am trying to find a new PCP.

At the same time, we also wanted a doctor with mainstream medical experience and knowledge that would guide us to effective mainstream medications and treatments when necessary. That is exactly what we found in Dr. Lin. He has kept our daughter off of multiple does of antibiotics and heavy medications. In the exam, Dr brought up the fact I was on Medicaid- "you get what you pay for, right?" is what he said. He was also argumentative like his NP. This Dr doesn't have any empathy, compassion, or understanding. He has no clue that mental health, stress, sleep, eating habits all have an effect on our pain. I took my 82 year old mother to see him, and he refused her any help, she passed a month later, when I told him, he didn't even have the decency to give his condolences. He prescribed me suboxin as if I'm a drug addict, from the pain meds he's prescribed me, after I refused to take him and we argued back and forth and he let me invited me to leave, which was what he wanted. She said they found opiates in my last urine sample. Really? I didn't do drugs before, then, or after. NEVER. Then when I went to her for a follow-up, she had a waiting room full of patients. I waited at least 2 hours before going into a room and had another long wait. When she FINALLY came in, she said she remembered me from having the drugs in my system. The receptionist Laquisha was too busy on the phone to take care of customers. To make things worst, the Doctor wasn't there and they didn't bother calling someone to say the appointment needed to be changed. Had we done that, we'd be charged $50 for a no-show. Laquisha was so rude and kept telling us to find another doctor. Of course that's what we will do. I try my best to avoid these ghetto people and places. When people don't care about how they conduct business, you certainly don't want them taking care of your heath. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!! Oh, and when this type of non-service happens, be sure to inform your insurance company because you don't want a doctor billing for something that didn't happen. The medical billing system is riddled with fraud.
