The office staff doesn't care about patient needs. The doctor spends more time looking at her computer and typing than she does facing me and the one time I had to see another Dr, he asked me questions that, if he had been listening to me when I explained what was going on, he wouldn't have needed to ask. I'm disgusted with primary care associates and am trying to find a new PCP.

At the same time, we also wanted a doctor with mainstream medical experience and knowledge that would guide us to effective mainstream medications and treatments when necessary. That is exactly what we found in Dr. Lin. He has kept our daughter off of multiple does of antibiotics and heavy medications. She said they found opiates in my last urine sample. Really? I didn't do drugs before, then, or after. NEVER. Then when I went to her for a follow-up, she had a waiting room full of patients. I waited at least 2 hours before going into a room and had another long wait. When she FINALLY came in, she said she remembered me from having the drugs in my system. To make things worst, the Doctor wasn't there and they didn't bother calling someone to say the appointment needed to be changed. Had we done that, we'd be charged $50 for a no-show. Laquisha was so rude and kept telling us to find another doctor. Of course that's what we will do. I try my best to avoid these ghetto people and places. When people don't care about how they conduct business, you certainly don't want them taking care of your heath. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!! Oh, and when this type of non-service happens, be sure to inform your insurance company because you don't want a doctor billing for something that didn't happen. The medical billing system is riddled with fraud.
