Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist on the far right of the counter was nothing short of horrid! Someone needs to explain to her that along with the other front desk staff, she will be the FIRST person a patient sees and the LAST person they see if they are scheduling a follow up appointment. Whether she realizes it or not, she is part of the patient experience! If your not happy with your job, do something else. Kudos to the rest of the front desk staff!

She said they found opiates in my last urine sample. Really? I didn't do drugs before, then, or after. NEVER. Then when I went to her for a follow-up, she had a waiting room full of patients. I waited at least 2 hours before going into a room and had another long wait. When she FINALLY came in, she said she remembered me from having the drugs in my system. That's the very last time I saw her. Hope she rots in hell.

I'm disgusted with primary care associates and am trying to find a new PCP.
