He prescribed me suboxin as if I'm a drug addict, from the pain meds he's prescribed me, after I refused to take him and we argued back and forth and he let me invited me to leave, which was what he wanted. She said they found opiates in my last urine sample. Really? I didn't do drugs before, then, or after. NEVER. Then when I went to her for a follow-up, she had a waiting room full of patients. I waited at least 2 hours before going into a room and had another long wait. When she FINALLY came in, she said she remembered me from having the drugs in my system. Laquisha was so rude and kept telling us to find another doctor. Of course that's what we will do. I try my best to avoid these ghetto people and places. When people don't care about how they conduct business, you certainly don't want them taking care of your heath. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!! Oh, and when this type of non-service happens, be sure to inform your insurance company because you don't want a doctor billing for something that didn't happen. I made an appointment for my 6 year to get a physical for school and hopefully establish care closer to home. I'll admit I was impressed by being able to schedule a same day appointment. Everything following was a complete disaster. We arrive to the clinic and I am immediately taken aback by the horrible horrible looking facility. Dark ugly colors on the wall, hot waiting room, and the glass separating the staff from us is riddled in paper notices ! You can't even tell if it's somebody behind the glass, oh but when they pull it back you are greeted by sloppy looking employees. I do not mean to be rude but I honestly mean, sloppy employees. Untidy hair, scrubs are dirty and not fitting just a mess. And behind them is an open shelving system that is cluttered ,unorganized, a complete mess. Imagine if your child's important records were in that garbage of a storage. We finally make it to triage and all equipment is dated, they took my temperature with the same thermometer I have at home that doctors have said isn't a reliable read because it goes behind the ear, positioning and other factors can determine the accuracy of that thing. The appearance didn't get any better back here either. Old, dirty, nasty, unorganized. We get to the exam room and someone in scrubs comes and tells me we have a co-pay i Hand her my debit card and she says oh I'm sorry we don't take debit cards. I was never told this is a cash only place she comes back and offers to hold my spot while I run to a cvs a few blocks down. I grabbed my children and left, declined to reschedule. Do not take your children here. And watch your mail. I am waiting for them to bill me for anything so I can sue for insurance fraud. I'm glad I didn't meet the doctor I'm sure he/she isn't any better after all your clinic is speaking for you and the message wasn't good.
