Dr Ajam punctuated a hole in my dad's pericardium(sac surrounding heart) which led to cardiac arrest, life saving measures had to be given and a cardiac thoracic surgeon had to be called to place a chest tube into my dad to drain the blood! He was put on a ventilator and sent to the ICU. 6 weeks later on Christmas Day he died at Community Hospital. My dad never made it home for Monday night football or dinner! I've never felt so much at ease than I did with them. Their bedside care are impecable. For the first time in 20 years I felt seen and heard. My PCP is also part of Northwest Health and I can't say enough good things about him. But these three doctors were on top of everything. Always communicating. Making me feel better. I suffer from terrible CPTSD and they went above and beyond to make sure I was doing well and better. In the past I never liked this hospital due to previous experiences but now, thanks to Drs.
