I get to the pharmacy. I check in finally after waiting 10 minutes in the check-in line. they tell me it's a 30-45-minute wait. what in the world?!?! And just so you know once my name came up on the board 46 minutes later, I had to get in the pick-up line that took another 17 minutes!!!! the fact that this is every time I've picked up medication from this pharmacy deserved a review. this place is a joke. read more

I had to come to the emergency. The waiting room was do small. There was no room if anyone had Covid. It dsy about 15 people at most. I waited a while before I was seen. Registration was fine. The small room was unbearable. I went & sat outside until my name was called.went to the back and the NP did a through check on my eye. Ran a few test, got prescription & left. I would be back considering it's the closest Kaiser to me. read more

The service here is horrible! My mom had gotten released from the hospital AFTER they had repeatedly told her that her medication was ready, I proceed to the pharmacy in which they take 40 mins to fill two prescriptions which were INCORRECT prescriptions then wouldn't even take them back because I went to my car then came right back (less than 3 mins) resulting in $50 down the drain whole time the nurses at the hospital never even ordered the prescription so two hours at the pharmacy with my mother whom is low on oxygen! absolutely insane of Kaiser read more

I wanted to add this for all of those who get misleading information on the location for the Pharmacy at Manteca. It is separate from the hospital. Located across the street from the side of the emergency room. Ample parking. sometimes you have to walk thru the lobby to enter the pharmacy to the right as you enter, otherwise one folding electronics glass door from the perimeter. Make sure you check in first in a separate line as you enter then have a seat as wait for your name to flash on the electronic screen to wait in the pick up line. Pharmacy techs and pharmacist are great to sort of prescriptions that are sent to other Kaiser locations and refill very fast. GREA JOB STAFF!! read more

Had one of the people there INSIST I didn't have kaiser and that my medical was with United healthcare, someone I've NEVER been, I have had kaiser for 24 years and I was just at this kaiser the day before. I have a whole healthcare team and a kaiser card. Wouldn't let me pick up my medication even though I tried telling her I DID have kaiser and I could just come in to prove it. She was extremely rude and didn't even bother to hear me out. Ended up just sending the prescription to the kaiser in Modesto and was able to get it filled there with no problems. They need to hire people who know how to do their jobs. read more

They were fast to get my medication. Process was good until consultation process. Head pharmacist was helping a lady prior to me, while I was waiting in line. When he was done, I figured I would be a decent human being and wait for him to say "sir I can help you next." But that was not the case, He simply looked me dead in the eyes and walked away. About 5 minutes go by, and I can here tell one of the pharmacist to see what I want. What?? If im in the medical consultation line, I may want consultation about the medicine I am being prescribed. It's a lot of favorites being played at this pharmacy, where some pharmacist provide top tier service and while others lack professionalism. read more

Kaiser Manteca pediatrics are the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Every time I have to beg them for an appointment and basically you have to be close to death to have your child seen. Then when you do finally get an appointment you are there for a minimum of two hours. They make you sit in the room with your little one for well over an hour before even coming back. I will be switching insurance ASAP! Hate Kaiser now. Awful. Please take your baby's elsewhere. I would leave no stars if I could. read more

THANK YOU MANTECA KAISER PHARMACY! Yesterday you were open despite the six-statewide workers strike this week. Many Kaiser members were unble to retrieve on-site non-mailable meds orders in Stockton (and other cities. It was such a HUGE help for many of us who could not pick up our urgent orders in Stockton (and other cities) on Wednesday or Thursday, to drive to Manteca to pick up at your pharmacy. I am so grateful to the Pharmacists who filled my order and those who communicated with the Advice nurses (both at Manteca and Stockton offices) to help me obtain my injection and essential meds. About 5 years ago I ended up at Kaiser Manteca due to an emergency while in Manteca. Kaiser Pharmacy filled my orders that evening for meds I never had, and the consulting pharmacist explained (as did your amazing on-call Internist) how to use them. You have an awesome group of pharmacists and physicains there, as we also have at Kaiser in Stockton (just temporarily unavailable). Thank you for helping out so many of us who were there yesterday from Kaiser locations other than Manteca's (met a few others while I was there). We so appreciated it. read more

Kaiser hospital in Modesto pharmacy was fast and efficient. However, don't ask me about their other departments. Quite a different story.

Normally get my meds mail order but had to go in for new one. Online app gives me a QR code to speed up pickup and pay for medication. They Only have one line now for everything and when I finally get to window she said her QR reader isn't working which is true with all that's was working there. Waited 10 minutes for pharmacist as they couldn't access any information on the computers and was training a intern that has one quarter of school training. Manteca used to be best in the valley but not anymore. read more

I called ahead of time and was told the prescription was ready, when I got there I was told they did not have that dosage so I asked if they could fill it with different mg tablets to equal the same dosage. After 45 min waiting I was told they could only do a partial refill and I would have to come back! Very dissatisfied! read more

I have been waiting for 6 hours for a text message from the pharmacy because they said in order for the prescription to be ready so I didn't have t wait to call it in so my daughter could pick it up for me!! My Dr. prescribe the medication last night around 7:30 pm but when I called the pharmacy was closed, so I called first thing this morning and was told I would receive a text mmessage to let me know it was readyAnd it would be about 45 min!! That was 8:00 this morning, it is now 4 pm and I have heard nothing!!! I called 3 times and had to wait on hold for over and hour and they hung up on me!!!! If I had my daughter go there she would still be waiting for it for 6 hours or more!!! Beware, they are a horrible pharmacy and treat the customers badly!! I was just here to pick up my daughter's med. I came from the ER & was not aware of the curbside pick-up protocol they have. Imagine my shock when they looked at me when they realized I came from the ER. Yes!!! So much for discriminating patient (& I am not even one) but they looked at me like why are you here?!!! They told me to go to curbside pick-up. Worst was when I went to curbside pick up & called their pharmacy pick-up number. The lady I spoke with wanted to lecture me like I intentionally walked into the Pharmacy ignoring their protocol. I am a mother who just wants to pick up her child's antibiotic. I feel for our healthcare workers as I have families & friends that are one & I know their sacrifices but being treated the way I was treated in this pharmacy was uncalled for. I had to say please several times just for the lady to stop lecturing me & to just bring the antibiotic for my daughter out. You need to learn more about kindness & compassion. If you can't do that, you can't be in an industry that is supposed to help people. If you don't want people from the ER walking into your pharmacy_ PUT A SiGN BY THE DOOR!!! read more
