Ben and his team are great, With our project we consulted about the right glass type for our home, as well as installation and framing issues They did a great job, and also followed up on a couple tricky items to make sure that we were happy and everything was perfect. I highly recommend that you call them if you are evaluating window or glass treatment - they have the right combination of technical expertise, good client service, and an artisan approach to design and work so that construction is in good hands. read more

Good service very helpful with door glass, service in a timely manner. Price reasonable

Good service. Very respectable and quality work. Reasonable pricing as well. Always my go to for any glass needs!

Recently I had the pleasure to work with Kaiser Glass for a major store glass repair. Emon and his crew are true professionals and quality tradespeople. Glazing is a tough trade and this company knows how to do quality professional work. I would not hesitate to reach out to them for any of your glass work needs. read more

Fast, quality service from a family owned local business! We had 2 broken panes of single pane leaded glass in our 119 year old original windows. They came out next day and quickly got to work carefully removing the broken panes and replacing them. Quality work, very efficient and fairly priced! Highly Recommend! read more

AVIOD! Client decided to use Kaiser glass to save some costs, you know how this is going to end, on exterior and interior glass railing project. Ben, with 40 plus years of experience, knows everything there is to know but the building codes. He installed the wrong type of glass, and the inspector failed the inspection but provided the code to follow. After 3 months of discussions and 2 months of ghosting the client, he called unexpectedly and said he wanted to correct the issues. read more

AVOID!!!! Exceptionally unprofessional, poor quality. The owner, Ben, came in June to replace a window that was failing. Only sloppily measured but said they'd have a new window ready within a few weeks. A few weeks went by and no contact. It took reaching out many times but heard back that the window was ready and they setup a day to do the work. They failed to show, did not communicate and were not responsive. I had to reach out several more times to get a response and another time scheduled, which they also failed to show up for. This same pattern happened repeatedly over the next few months with no regard or apologies for the impact it had on my time each time. The worst case scenario finally happened in October when the old window fell out during a storm. I let them know, basically with the intent being to tell them to forget about it as I'd have to go with another contractor at this point. They surprised me by making and actually keeping an appointment for the next day. Their work is absolutely terrible though. I question the measurements of the window itself and the positioning. They made an absolute mess of the trim which will all need to be replaced, all of the work is sloppy. Exposed screws, excess putty on the outside of the window that I have no easy way to deal with, dirty. Large gaps, damage to frame. The window can't even be opened properly. They said they'd be back within a day or two to finish but failed to show up. Despite all this I still gave them a couple weeks, which has only lead to more of the same unfulfilled promises from them. Not dealing with them further and warn everyone else to avoid. So much wasted time, unnecessary extra damage from the storm, and even more time needed now having to find a decent contractor to actually do the job. read more

Kaiser Glass was prompt at giving me a quote and coming by and performing the installation. And their estimate was definitely lower than that from other nearby stores :) read more

This is one of the best, responsible, and great quality glass businesses around. We called, they came measured, gave us many options and a quote and helped us get our railings and showers installed quickly. Everyone comments on how beautiful the work is. They are the best glass company I have worked with. read more

This is a community observation rating. It bothers me that this glass store always has pieces and shards of glass all over the sidewalk on the 19th street side entrance area. The other places i see tons of glass are where druggies hang out. Seems super lazy and very inconsiderate. It would be like a hospital never cleaning blood up after a major operation and making the next patient walk through it. It is morally wrong that a GLASS company doesn't sweep their sidewalk knowing children and dogs walk by everyday. I walked by today and what looked like 4 workers were just standing around shootin' the sheet. Not ONE person can sweep? WTF? read more

Do not use this company. I ordered two expensive (almost $10,000) custom patio doors from this company, and it was a nightmare every step of the way. We had a tight timeline, and when placing the order I was assured that installation would be 4 weeks out. The doors were the critical project path, as prior to being able to install our deck and repair our stucco exterior walls, we needed the door frames installed. As the original installation date neared, I heard nothing. I called the office and was informed everything would be delayed 2-3 weeks (with no clear explanation why). Working to find a solution that wouldn't impact all downstream work, I requested that at least the frames be installed. This was done, largely without issue. Several weeks later, Kaiser came back to install the doors - they didn't fit, blaming the manufacturer. After waiting another 2-3 weeks, Kaiser came back to install the doors - they didn't fit AGAIN! I had to wait yet another week. I couldn't believe it. Stay away. You've been warned. read more

Good service, very easy to deal with and very nice people. I broke the glass in my front window. It is the original window of the house built in 1902. I called Kaiser glass on a Saturday morning as I am hoping to get the glass and have my handyman install it the following day, Sunday. Even though they were close that day, the owner called the staff in the shop to see if they can accommodate me. Umberto, the staff in the shop, was very nice to open the shop, move glass panes to get the right one and cut the glass to my specifications. I am definitely a happy first time customer. I will make sure to go to this shop for any glass needs and highly recommends Kaiser Glass to other folks. read more

We had an amazing experience with Kaiser Glass. We were under a tight timeline and Kaiser pulled through with incredible swiftness and cost efficiency. They repaired our historic building's windows and we were so pleased with the results. Highly recommend! read more

I was remodeling my bathroom and needed glass. I wanted to order frosted - cause I hated the thought of squeegee after every shower to keep the spots from ruining the view. Ben Nahidi, the owner, convinced my skeptical side that his spot free glass would rock out my new marble steam shower - he even guaranteed it. Alas, it works! No squeegee... and a beautiful view of my new marble shower is so what the doctor ordered! I did check out several glass companies and these guys came recommended by my contractor. None of the companies I checked out seemed too excited to have any new business. A few of them I waited for 10 minutes or more to even get acknolwdged - even though I was the only one in the store. Kaiser wasn't a whole lot different. I will admit there office/show room is a big mess. Must be an industry thing??? As far as monies.....They were in the middle of where the other quotes came in. ......but in the end they performed - exceeded my expectations! Kaiser glass - you guys are on top of your game!!! Thanks Ben!! read more

horrible! in all caps! the staff were very nice the owner was terrible and very unprofessional. I am surprised he is still in business with the way he speaks to his customers. it as a horrible experience and we would have not have used his services if it wasn't an emergency. keep searching for someone great to use because he will cause trouble and he does not respect the professional atmosphere. read more

We worked with Ben from Kaiser for commercial project : Change the entire store front. He had brilliant ideas and finished the project in record time. Staff was professional and completed the job on time. Couldn't be happier. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had them install several shower enclosures on our home remodel two years ago and since then we have had to have every single one repaired. This morning the final one (a large 6' frame less panel) came down on me while in the shower. We had someone come to look at it and discovered that they did not even use anchors to secure it into the ceiling- they screwed right into the drywall! Seriously, the other repairs were annoying but this was downright dangerous. Do yourself a favor and find another business that will do the job right. It may appear correct and seem like a good deal, but you will be paying for it later! read more

Kaiser Glass was recommended by my contractor. I called to inquire about purchasing two glass shower doors. They confirmed that they carry the doors so I went into the store to look at what they had. They only had one sample on display as this is not really a retail store but more of an 'office'. I provided the woman at the counter with all the details for the two sets of doors (glass, metal frame, towel bars, framing size etc...) and she said it would take a couple of days to get me a quote. I never heard from them again. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of businesses who can't be bothered to get you a quote when you take the time to visit them. Poor customer service. read more

We have worked with Ben and his "Kaiser Glass Company"for years on our residence and our rentals in Westlake, San Bruno, and Pacifica. YOU WILL BE VERY PLEASED if you use Ben and his Kaiser Company. Ben and his staff have always provided what we needed, which is mostly custom work, at a very fair price and we highly commend Ben Nakidi and Kaiser to anyone interested in quality glass products at a very good price.. In fact, I called his company this week because its been a couple of years but we need Ben and his comapny to do more custom work for us. In fact, I will never forget Ben sent out his crew to make an adjustment on old window and did not even charge us. Ben is a good guy and so is his company. You will get excellent product and a very good price if you use Ben and Kaiser Jim V. Westlake / Daly City read more

If I could give a lower rating I would. He installed our windows, which are triple-pane. Now I have spider webs inside the panes and he won't stand behind his supposed three year warranty. He won't answer your emails and is surly over the phone. I may see him in court if I can't solve the problem myself. DO NOT give him any of your business. read more

Outstanding work. Would recommend, including for high-end remodels. Quickly re-did their work twice (neither time when it was their fault) including years after the original install. read more

I had a good experience with Ben and Kaiser and they delivered what was promised right on schedule. Our contractor recommended them for a tight-fighting glass show exclosure and installation. They came a measured, cut the glass and installed it on the days they had planned and it looks great, so I'm satisfied. Ben's also easy to reach and very responsive. I'd recommend to others. read more

I have owned a Victorian house in San Francisco for about 20-years. Initially I had installed double pained windows throughout the house. Over the years, many of the windows fogged up and needed to be replaced. I have found that the window replacement alternatives for home owners, in san Francisco, is fragmented and unprofessional at best. Kaiser Glass (Santoes Lopez) is by far the best and most professional that I have found. Price becomes a non-issue when the work is impecable, done on time and you can trust those doing it. read more

I recently remodeled my home, and as anyone knows remodelling can be a pain in the you know what. Out of all the sub contractors that worked on my project Kaiser Glass and its owner Ben Nahidi, were prompt, professional and reasonable.
