Ornin and I texted back and forth for awhile trying to get the tiniest piece of glass replaced in our old Edwardian condo's bay windows (a film installer had cracked the glass). He was super friendly during this back & forth and most often he was available when I wasn't, but he was able to drop by to do this "small" job between others. He realized it was a lot harder - he thought it was at ground level, not 3 stories up in a way that required him to hang outside another window in order to get the new piece of glass in -- but did it and made it look easy. He was super efficient, cleaned up super well after, and was just kind during the whole process. He even pointed out another window that was in a bit of a concerning state (mostly due to the wood sash, not really the window), and said he'd follow up with some contractors who could help with the wood. I really hope we do not break any more glass -- but if we do, IDM will be our first call. read more

Ornin is very professional and truly know how to fix any window's problems. We will on vacation and got back home to one of our windows being damaged by a bird. Ornin showed up promptly and was able to replace it in a timely manner. We then have him replace our bathroom mirror door which was was cracked and Ornin did an amazing job on it. Onrnin is the best. Someone broke into our dealership and broke some windows and entrance door. We called Ornin 4:30 am and he showed up in Daly City in only 23 minutes. He didn't leave until he fixed most of the windows and fixed the front entrance. And in two days he installed all the broken windows. I have to mention even the front entrance was smashed he just fixed that door. He didn't force us to change the front door which was $4,500. We needed 50 panes of 1/4" clear glass in size 17.1/8" by 17.1/8" and 2 of same glass in size of 18" by 85.3/4". This was for a garden conservatory that had been constructed. He did the job and delivered within the time needed. When one of the long panes needed to be modified (not his fault) he came on the weekend and made a difficult cut on site. He was always contactable, very pleasant and courteous. His price was far better than anyone else we contacted. For any other glass needs we will hope he is available. read more

I needed a shower door replaced. They came out the same day and I had a written estimate the next day. 4 days later they replaced the door. I wanted a protective coating so the glass would not show water/soap stains. My glass was only 1/4 inch thick so the usual method was not feasible without replacing the track so they suggested Diamon-Fusion treated glass, which was very cost efficient.
