Well, similar to the other review. Started off good: they answered the phone. I had a simple towing need (car stuck in driveway ditch). They sounded interested and available and I sent them a couple pics to key them in. Then nothing: texted 5 min later to follow up. No reply. Texted again later then called several times throughout the day. No answer. Finally texted in frustration at the end of day and got an immediate derogatory reply. I'm left with the impression that this business is some local dude with a truck but that does not make a tow service. Maybe consider calling Chevy at Five-O Towing, or Ted at Ted's Garage.
