The staff was very friendly and provided good education for our service and scalp health. I had Sammy, who was very nice and good at her job. We were given a phone to view the real-time images of the inspection of our scalps. So, if we had product build up or dry scalp, we could see that. We did the hydrotherapy service, which was 75 minutes and $105. It consisted of the scalp analysis, scalp massage, exfoliation, hydration and deep cleansing. We also got shoulder and neck massages, as well as hand massages. It was wonderful! At the end of the service, they revisited the magnifier on our scalps and we could see the difference! With this service, they blow dry your hair to about 75% but they don't style it. I highly recommend trying this out!

She was quick to make an unpleasant face when I mentioned Groupon them proceeded to say no, they can't do two people at once and no, they can't do two Groupon massages the same day, at different times because she doesn't get hardly any money from them. She was unapologetic and extremely unpleasant. A customer then walked in, she turned her back to me and walked him back to a room, completely dismissing me.
