Kaia Yoga & Meditation Mamaroneck is more than a yoga studio—it’s a welcoming community dedicated to helping you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected. We offer a diverse schedule of yoga, hot yoga, meditation, breathwork, Pilates, sound healing, prenatal and teen yoga, with classes for all levels. Our two beautiful studios offer a choice between a bright, sunlit non-heated room and an infrared-heated room at 95°F. Rooted in authentic yoga traditions while embracing modern wellness practices, Kaia creates a space where everyone can find a practice that supports their body, mind, and everyday life.
History
Established in 2006.
Kaia Yoga began in 2006 with a simple vision: to create more than a yoga studio—a place where people could practice, feel supported, build meaningful relationships, and discover the transformative power of yoga beyond the mat. Founded by Gina Norman and Stan Woodman, Kaia has grown from one studio into a thriving community across Connecticut and New York, while staying rooted in the same values of authentic yoga, mindfulness, learning, and connection. Nearly 20 years later, our mission remains the same: to help people feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected through yoga and wellness.
