I absolutely love Kaia fit! The Coaches and everyone in each class are so friendly! You dont feel out of place and they help you do things at your pace. I've gained so much self confidence since I've started and I look forward to each class! The dancing class is my absolute favorite. You sweat and burn off calories and have fun all at the same time. The yoga class is so relaxing but still gives you the workout you need. There are different member packages. I recommend the monthly package that gives you unlimited classes because you can do any class and there is no restrictions. I'm so thankful for this gym! And the other great perk is my kids gymnastics is in the same building so we all can be there having fun!! read more

Thank you, Kaia! I need an environment like this to challenge me and push me to do the things I would never do to myself. I have no problem doing gentle yoga, going on a nature hike, or swimming laps at the hot springs, that is my cup of tea as far as fitness goes. A Kaia workout is the opposite of what I normally do to stay active, and it is so needed to maintain strength and bone density. The community aspect of Kaia truly makes all the difference. This place is like a nurturing and safe version of Crossfit for women. Team oriented, encouraging, and safe with considering your bodies level of fitness, and limitations. I have met great people. The space is also shared with tumbleweeds gymnastics, so it is nice to take my daughter to class, while I take a class too... Two birds with one stone :-) hey.... so awesome! read more

I love Kaia and especially Kaia in Carson City. The location is excellent. The yoga room is so tranquil. The instructors are always at the top of their game and loving what they do which makes the Attendees push themselves to a new level. I am blessed to get to attend the location on Saturdays and I am never disappointed for getting my butt out of bed and ready for a workout. read more

So thankful to be a Kaia girl! Ever since joining in March, I have grown stronger and healthier. All the coaches love us all and go the extra mile (literally sometimes) to see us succeed and push our bodies to where they know we can go. read more

I joined Kaia in 2013 and I enjoyed having a women's supportive team (coaches and members) cheering for me as I worked to build my strength and fitness goals. After having my first child I moved to the Midwest and I felt disappointed with every gym or online option I had. I sincerely missed the camaraderie, encouragement, and friendships from Kaia. Our family moved back to Carson City and I am so happy to have joined Kaia once again. The variety in the classes helps each week pass by and the workouts are always evolving. The coaches are encouraging, motivating to help me reach my physical goals, and also mind/spirit and nutrition. I appreciate their knowledge ,dedication, and positivity, for every member and the way Kaia feels like friends meeting for one hour and doing the work together. The coaches and classes are punctual and the modifications for every level creates an environment where each woman feels confident and comfortable to show up each day. read more

Kaia is by far the best workout environment I have ever been in. I feel motivated to do my best. I don't ever feel insecure about my current body. I don't ever feel judged. They help modify moves if something is out of reach for you to be able to do. They always make you feel completely welcome and at ease. I LOVE KAIA! read more

Kaia fitness is certainly a unique experience for women who are seeking health and fitness. It's not like any other gym I've ever encountered. No matter what level of fitness you are, there is a nurturing support from both staff and your fellow classmates. All workouts are presented with varying levels of difficulty and there's never a feeling of stigma for doing the easier exercises. You generally sign up for a particular time to work out, but are always welcome to switch things up if your day throws you a curve ball. The Carson City Kaia offers a mixture of body weight workouts, TRX strap workouts, one day of yoga and a Saturday run/walk. Again, no pressure. You go at your own pace. The workouts are used throughout the entire Kaia system so the same workout you do is done by your Kaia "sister" way in another state. They also have a running group and often help each other train for various local runs. Kaia includes a nutrition component which supports learning about nutritional needs and everyone helps with ideas for meals, smoothies, etc. Overall a great workout and social experience. Only tough part is the cost which is $120/month, but well worth it if you can afford and go regularly. read more

I joined Kaia last November as a 30 day thing with 2 other girlfriends. By the end of those 30 days I was hooked. I have never found exercise fun and have never ran a day in my life.
