We contacted them to resolve the issue, and they offered only to issue a cancellation in exchange for paying for another month of service, even though she is unable to use her membership. They said they would call her back after speaking with the manager, and they never did. We tried contacting them again and did not receive a response. We have since charged back on our credit card for multiple months of charges and have been refunded each time. Despite this, Orange Theory continues to charge our card each month, and we continue to issue chargebacks to our credit card. Very disappointing experience and bad business on Orange Theory's part.

Instead he had some of his more experienced students play that role. He didn't offer any modifications to the exercises if they were too difficult or might be hard to do for an individual with a specific injury or weakness. I was very disappointed and elected not to finish the class. Having done boot camp classes for more than a year and looking to get back into it after losing my past trainer, maybe my expectations were too high going in. I think there were just too many people in the class to make it fulfilling for me.

You do clearly sign up for a 6, 12, or 24 month contract if you want to continue after your initial introductory free trial is done. This is a national organization with thousands of "campers". This is not a scam. I'm not sure if the other reviewer didn't read their contract but it's very clear. But back to what CG is all about- the exercise program can be very challenging or adapted to any fitness level. Definitely give them a try! I've improved my cardio vascular fitness and lost a great percentage of body fat sticking with CG. I love the mix of weights and high intensity interval training.

If there's a better deal for a gym in Boulder, I've not found it yet.

We called and they said we could come in and play and when we got there and started to play a staff member came in and ran us off. That's the second time that's happened. As with everything in Boulder, the parking sucks at the Boulder YMCA. I've told my friends I'm done with the Boulder Y! I highly do not recommend going to this YMCA especially when there's other YMCA options in the Northern CO group that are low stress, friendly, good parking and just a more pleasant experience.
