This little market gets full stars for presentation, convenience and for having almost everything you need, if you are staying in a villa at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resorts. When you walk in, it's inviting, well presented and extremely organized. In essence, it's an upscale, neighborhood grocery store. The reason why I docked two stars is be because you pay out the nose for that convenience. The yogurt I grabbed for breakfast was $1.79. When we later went to a supermarket, the same yogurt was $0.99. I don't care about $0.80 on a yogurt, but it's just a hard lesson when the same item is priced that differently when they are around the corner from each other. Lesson learned. The other star was because they served Starbucks coffee. I guess they need to consider the popularity of Starbucks with the masses, but Maui produces coffee locally, so it would have been a nice touch to have them support their local growers. Long and short of it, I gave them an a-ok! It's a pretty cool little spot, but some local java and fairer prices would make them shine!

This supermarket is located inside the north tower of the westin resort in lahaina. I would never have gone here if it weren't for the welcome gift that westin was offering (ended up getting a free 20 dollar cold insulating bag for drinks). The cafe has just about everything you need so that you don't need to leave the resort. They have a liquor wine and beer section, prepared sandwiches and spam musubi, frozen food such as digiornos, yogurt, Starbucks coffee, fresh to go sandwiches made with boars head meat. If you consider how convenient and clean everything is here, you can't complain. Yes the prices are higher than your grocery store outside but what can you expect when you are at the westin in hawaii. If you compare shops in resorts like this I think this place is phenomenal.

April 2017 GF oprions. One year later they only have GF pasta.

Very simple little market in a resort. Had salt, which we needed as our rental had none.

We tried a bunch of em: -California Roll Ahi Poke -Limu Ahi Poke -Shoyu Ahi Poke -Spicy Ahi Poke -Oyster Sauce Ahi Poke -Hawaiian Style Ahi Poke We tried the new trend too now with poke bowls, add fried chicken skin! Oh boy, add some crunch & umami punch! Buggah ONO! And no forget a side of Maui pickled onion for only $1 extra! Add even more flava! That Mickey D's don't got Foodland Farms beat when it comes to a value combo! Grab a poke bowl and a soft drink for under $15! Good eating for a day in the sand! Or a day in the shops! You can believe the hype about the Poke here. This wine and liquor store is tucked away at the top…read moreof a hill in somewhat of a mini industrial business area. Plenty of parking though as it's on a private lot. Let me tell you, the poke here is fire!!!! So fresh!!! Found this place here through Yelp, and the other Yelpers definitely did not disappoint. The store is super clean, and each staff member I encountered here were all very polite, and helpful. When you walk in, the Poke section is directly to your left. When we arrived, there was a line and for good reason. They had about 5 or 6 different kind of Poke's the days we went 7/29 and 7/31. I had the Spicy Ahi and the Tamura's one day. Then the Shoyu and Chili pepper the next. All which were extremely fresh and flavorful. Great to eat by itself, or you can elect for a Poke bowl, which gets you two scoops of rice with furikake and sesame seed (if you want) and two choices of poke. You won't regret it if you're a poke fan! We came here twice to satisfy our poke craving. Crazy how it's a large liquor and wine store, which I'm sure they get a lot of customers for. But the days we went, it mainly were both locals and tourists stopping in for just the poke. Just a heads up, I overheard a lady ask "will you have more tomorrow"? To which the employee said, "yes we have enough fish for the next 3 days" which tells me that they do run out or have days where their poke bar is closed. The poke bowl was $14.99 each and completely worth it. Best Poke I've tried so far in Maui! Give them a try!

Quality/Quantity - Small local supermarket that sells poke and alcohol, so you would think this would be PERFECT for someone like me! The poke was limited by the time we got here at 1:30pm ish. The poke looked fresh, and there was a long line; slightly unorganized. Not the business's fault, but the customers. I think everyone in line was trying to look into the case at the same time. Lots of other Maui and/or HI items for sale. Atmosphere - Plenty of free parking. Open 7 days a week from 10am until ?? See my picture. Starting 6/3/22 open daily from 10am to 6pm; as of 6/5 this has NOT been updated on Yelp. Poke hours differ, see picture - thank you for posting this! The bathrooms are right when you walk in, which is nice. No delivery service. No loyalty program - everyday low prices. Service - Good. Price - Reasonable prices, same or slightly above the other supermarkets. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1995 with your 12+ locations (includes markets and restaurants). 1920 Makitaro Tamura opened the first store. 1995 - Grandsons now own these locations.

Don't make the mistake we ALMOST made!…read more We arrived at the little shop, got our little free sample, looked through the window at the chocolate making machine, and were about to make our purchases and depart. Then something caught our eye about tastings upstairs. So up we went. Fabulous breezy little open air bar with plenty of seating and a view! A full menu of drinks and nibbles, and a gazillion ways to pair chocolate and alcohol. Our server Carrie was fun and friendly and knowledgable, and took great care of us. Mr. M and I each had a glass of red with our chocolate pairings, and our companions tried the port and liquor pairings. So much fun and so delicious. What a lovely way to spend some time.

Well, it would've been fine had our entire table received their order. The brownie was not good. The build your own brownie "experience" was lacking. Only brownie and ice cream was included. At least give a topping included, then up-charge for more. On top of that, the $1.50 for sprinkles was a disgrace when the kid didn't get even $.10 worth. There was a tad confusion around the alcohol as well. Understand there's permit restrictions but it would've been nice to know when placing the order instead of when the drink was delivered. Signage isn't clear either. The "only 21 and over past this point" should have a blurb about no alcohol in the main seating. Oh well, we worked with it. Oh, and the sweat that dripped into the ladies plate who was doing the tasting experience was gross - even she said something and got attitude back from the upstairs hosts. Again, three stars awarded as we didn't really partake in anything outside of the cafe top level. Giving the benefit of the doubt the rest of the experience would've probably been good.
