The little shop had these creative tiles around the counter, the lamps were made out of jam jars and at the counter there were these colorful, creative cakes. The lady behind the counter was outgoing, very talkative and friendly. She really made you feel welcome. What I noticed and liked is also that the coffee shop also has these creative theme days, like Whoopie Wednesday and frappe Friday. Now You probably wondering why I gave this place 4/5 stars? I love these things and so did my friend and husband that I brought with me. The whoopies are fluffy and juicy, and the filling feels really fresh. The woman who makes them, experiments with different flavours and fillings that she devices herself. I have never tasted whoopie pies before, but I already love them. I want to go back and try more flavours! Also, the price is reaaally good, 20 kr for one piece. The woman who serves and make the whoopies is really nice and friendly, and is happy to tell everything you want about them!

I ended up getting the Raspberry Meringue and Kartoffelkager, in Danish it translates to potato cake (thanks Duolingo), the only potato in the cake is potato flour. The kartoffelkager was so good, the layers of light vanilla cake, whip cream and finally marzipan that is coated in some dusting of chocolate, makes it look like a potato too. The raspberry meringue was huge, it had the right amount of sweetness and tang from the raspberry, I put the rest in my purse to snack on later. Coffee and desserts are most of the offerings here but we were here for the Irish Coffee. I don't have this drink often but really enjoyed their version. Nice balance of Whiskey and coffee-definitely hit the spot. Service was friendly and fast. The desserts looked delicious so we will be back!
