Fortunately I like hot dishes and think it was tasty, however if I'd known before I would suggest to add cheese to get a more balanced flavour. Great place to visit - the interior is not very cosy but alright - decent assortment of beers but the staff weren't very knowledgeable. The fries was normal but nothing special - to get a five they would need to add dip sauces to their menu, educate the staff about the beers and balance out the burgers a bit. The menu is a four course fixed price menu with wine parings available. We had one person wait on us who was terrific, he explained the ingredients in every dish and brought us multiple additional courses. All of the dishes will really wonderful and beautifully plated. We didn't recognize many of the wines but each was a perfect match for the food. Don't be impatient this is a minimum two hour meal-we took almost three. We ordered our first Norwegian fish soup and it was better than I ever could have imagined. Like the absolute best bouillabaisse you've yet to have.
