It was quiet on Monday, 1945. Classic rock tunes playing, not too loud. You order up at the bar, and they bring you your food. What the heck is up with not having any mayo??? That in and of itself should constitute ONE STAR. But, the garlic aioli substitute was actually to die for, so I'll let it slide. The burgers are fairly 'well' cooked, but it was still pretty flavorful and moist. You do get your choice of patty size. I got a medium and actually felt it was on the small side, so keep that in mind. Comes with a side "salad" which is basically a few leaves, and the fries are pretty decent as well. The hot dipping sauce that comes with the Fireball burger packs a nice punch. Overall I thought the experience was good.

Pickled jalapeños and their Aioli made for a tasty Burger. All Burgers are made well-done-apparently a legal requirement. Food/Drinks are ordered at the Bar and food is brought out to your table. My wife and daughter both got burgers and raved about them. They said they were better than any burger from a Friday's in the US. We wondered if it wasn't maybe better meat even. They seriously loved them. I had the chicken quesadilla and I can't say that I had the same experience. It was pretty tasteless, almost like boiled chicken put in a tortilla.
