Nearly 4pm again and yet another call. Sorry our driver was still out. And they can't come until Saturday. Friday afternoon I called to confirm that they indeed will be here on Saturday. Saturday 5 pm no oil and no one to contact. Turned to Facebook and wrote a comment on a post because you can't message them directly. Checked their page at 7pm and go figure my post was removed!

I was told they were busy, which is understandable but they would try to fit me in. On day two of waiting for them I got a call from Joe. I was away form my phone and when I called back I got reprimanded for not answering and missing a time window that I knew nothing about. After apologizing to both Joe and Mike, and agreeing to wait for another call, I never got a call back, or even a text back. I hate that this happened and im sad that I got treated as such.

They're not your typical HVAC guys who do the bare minimum and move on to the next job - they make sure everything is as good as it can possibly be. They completely replaced a 40 year old system in my house (2 floors) and came back to do the air handler in our attic. The situation was so bad in the attic that they actually called their dad off the bench and he came and fabricated ductwork in my driveway while they were fixing everything in my attic. It's really hard to find people like this nowadays. "I recommend them" is an understatement, as far as I'm concerned.
