He was recommended by a friend who is also a physician. I actually had an appointment scheduled with him when we met during a mediation class. The office staff is friendly and hardworking. The office is different, they had a very diverse clientele which includes working professionals, HIV patients, and what appears to be the homeless. But what is so great is, they treat everyone the same. It's hard to get in but they do have several "walk in" clinics.

She made me feel comfortable, she answered all of my questions, and she seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say! Since then, I've gone back several times for different appointments and more recently visited a new Dr. Unfortunately Dr. Diamond moved on to a place closer to her home so I set up an appointment with Dr. Erin Ray. I was interested in a Doctor who had a holistic approach to care and I love that Dr. Ray is a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine. My first visit with here was wonderful, she complimented my tattoo which is a first from a Doctor, and I knew I'd feel pretty comfortable with her. She asked me several questions and throughout the conversation I realized that there were some issues that I could/did have that would be good to share. She recommended a few things and prescribed a couple of things to help and they've been great! Anytime I have an appointment or something to do here I appreciate that everything is in one place. There's ample parking outside, there's a nice coffee shop downstairs with delicious coffee and grilled sandwiches. There's great seating to enjoy your coffee or meal while getting some work done as well. Another great aspect about Think Whole Person is its proximity to the Aksarben shops. I usually don't frequent this area but when I do it makes sense for me to drive down to check out what's going on in Aksarben and the shops near by. I'm thankful I set up my healthcare here and am pleased that I can get all my bloodwork and Dr. visits, all in one place!

Great listener doesn't shoot down my ideas or tell me that there's a better course of treatment. Instead she gives me all my options including pros and cons and lets me decide from there. Every now and then I'll be concerned my insurance won't cover something - a sub-dermal birth control for example. Her staff called my insurance company before the procedure and made sure I was fully covered or else inquired on prices and such. Recently I had a med check for my ADHD medication - should have taken a few seconds to chat then she would re RX my meds and I'd be on my way. Unluckily//Luckily I found a suspicious mole two days before my appointment but she checked it out on the spot in their surgical procedure room. Suspicious mole was numbed, removed, and sent to the lab for biopsy. WOOT WOOT!! The entire office is great! Love their facilities and staff!!

Dr. Bishays office finally returned the first Call 2 weeks after we already had an appointment with a different doctor and facility. And today, at least 6 weeks after the no response from his office, they returned a call asking if I wanted a biopsy which had already been done by my new doctor. The receptionists, nurses, and the pediatricians have all showed cared. They get back to us when we leave voicemail or email the nurse. The general care would get a one star for the way their nurses speak to patients. I had one appointment for an std screening and the nurse had the nerve to say "you know these tests cost money" while preparing me for the doctor to come in. I regret not immediately report them. I was stunned and beside myself.
