Then the mechanic came out and told me I also needed another part for $200. I said fix it. Then the same mechanic came out and said I needed a 3rd part for another $300 and my bill was now close to $1k. Again I told them I needed my van fixed. I'm then told "their other dealership" in PA can fix Dodge vehicles. I left and told a friend about the quotes I was given. She told me to go to her garage, which is All Makes Express. I went to them and was told it was a hose that had become disconnected. They connected it for free and I'm a loyal customer ever since. These are the only mechanics who are honest in their assessment of your vehicle. I can't praise them high enough on the trust I have with them making repairs on my vehicle.

After a cross-country move back to the area, my car was making a terrible scraping sound. I kept being turned away and was told that it would be at least 4 days for anyone to look at the car and most places wanted me to be prepared to leave it with them for a couple days until they could get to it. I called Superior and was so lucky to reach Joe. He explained that they're really busy but asked me to come right away so he could go for a quick ride with me to hear the sound. We went around the block, Joe took a quick look under the car, and immediately knew what was causing the sound. He grabbed a tool and laid down in the parking lot to tighten up a part of the car that had worked loose and was catching on the tire. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed days before anyone else was even willing to look at it. I honestly was in tears because I was so grateful after such a long drive and stressful move.
