That body shop did such a horrible job and was so difficult to work with that I decided to look into trying another shop, which is when I came across Kaczars. Kaczars was able to handle all insurance issues related to work already done and they made it so easy. When I got my car back, I felt like I just got it off the lot. It was absolutely perfect! Just my luck... not too long after taking in my 1st car in, my 2nd car, BMW, was hit by a deer. Knowing the fantastic work Kaczars does, there was no question that my 2nd car was going there. Once again, Kaczars did an outstanding job and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. I would absolutely recommend this company for any type of body work... insurance related or just updates/upgrades. They are the best at what they do! Ps - I mention the make of my cars to point out that Kaczars is well rounded and can work on domestic and foreign models of cars.

I kept being turned away and was told that it would be at least 4 days for anyone to look at the car and most places wanted me to be prepared to leave it with them for a couple days until they could get to it. I called Superior and was so lucky to reach Joe. He explained that they're really busy but asked me to come right away so he could go for a quick ride with me to hear the sound. We went around the block, Joe took a quick look under the car, and immediately knew what was causing the sound. He grabbed a tool and laid down in the parking lot to tighten up a part of the car that had worked loose and was catching on the tire. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed days before anyone else was even willing to look at it. I honestly was in tears because I was so grateful after such a long drive and stressful move. We will continue to go see Joe and his crew any time we need to have work done on our vehicles. He's the absolute best and such a kind man. This garage deserves your business!
