The entire staff was very sweet, and got things done pretty quickly. I really appreciated two things - that they went through everything with you, and that they are very professional and do things quickly so you aren't stuck waiting too long. I really loved that during the consultation and after the surgery, they went over everything, so I wasn't worried at home. It's also super convenient that when you call, they have an extension just for pre- and post-op questions. I left a message once and they got back to me within a few hours. Dr. Anderson is a nice guy, soft spoken and re-assuring - great bed side manners. Typically, your average dentist (cleaning and cavities) doesn't specialize in this type of procedures - it would expecting your family MD to do successful heart surgery. Dr. Anderson specializes in these procedures, offering various approaches, including placing the patient under sedation. Dental implants are not cheaper, requiring several months between procedures, from tooth extraction, to drilling and mounting posts into your jaw, to finally the crown/implant tooth. Dr. Anderson would be my first choice.
