I've been going here for about 10 years and everybody makes me feel so welcome! All of the ladies are so nice and often times will team up to do two services at once. It's just such a great atmosphere and they all do such a great job! Recommend 10 out of 10 read more

This place was first recommended by a friend. I'm originally from a small town in the middle of nowhere and just recently moved to the OC. Let's just finding the most affordable nail place (while doing a great job) isn't easy. Once I gave Kacie Nails a try, I have not been able to go anywhere else. I trust them with my nails too much and still doesn't hurt my wallet. The ladies are also really nice and detailed! Highly recommend! read more

I started going to Kacie's Nails salon because it is very close to my grocery store, Ralphs, which I shop often. It makes it very easy for me to get my grocery shopping and my nails done when both are located so close to within walking distance. I used to go to the Phoenix Nail Salon, which is more expensive and in my opinion, not as good. read more

Consistently caring and skilled nail services. Kacie Nails is also a great place to have pedicures too. Clean, good infection prevention, careful around nails. Overall, great staff and caring quality service. Thanks Heidi and team read more

This place is the spot! Coming here from now on. Whole service and the ladies ladies- fabulous A+. Thx again to them!!

Don't do it! Classic chop shop. Not a nice experience or place at all. No frills and not a good thing. If you ask nicely to please polish your whole nail bed they refuse to do your nails ever again. I was even handed a nail file to do it myself. Thats why I come here, for you to do. I went in for a basic pedicure and she made some tale about being busy for an hour. I said I'll wait a bit. Then I said I'll come back in 55 mins. She further lied and said oh we have appointments, and then we close. She could have been honest. She could have tried too. All based on one time a long time ago when their manicurist did terrible at polishing There are plenty of nice nail salons that know how to polish nails professionally. I don't think polishing nails is complete when all sides around and too bare your natural nail bed. read more

Great service, staff and quality of work outstanding, prices are very reasonable too.

My mom, sister & nieces have been going here for years. Yun is moms favorite since she knows how to do her toes with issues. Not a super fancy place but the technitions are very good. Clean, spa chairs for pedis are comfy and I especilly enjoy the spa chair massage and extra hand and foot massage my technitian provides....ahhhhh..., I leave very satified every time like the rest of my family even my dad when he came to visit. Highy recomend!! read more

I was at Kacie Nails when Amy F came in and she was quite disrespectful. I have been a client of Kacie Nails for many years and have always left extremely satisfied with the end product. The staff has remained the same for many years which seems to be quite uncommon. This shop is wonderful. read more

Best gel nails I ever had. They last and last they don't peel up or come off. They stay on till like go get a feel even if it's been four weeks they're still on strong. Can't go wrong with the gel nails. Gel versus acrylic .gel wins every time!!! Very thin book natural don't break stay on!! They must try!!! read more

I come here at least once a month, I always get Tracey! She does an amazing job on my toes!

We were in town for the weekend and wanted to get pedicures. They got us right in, were super fast (without feeling like anything was lacking), and everything came out great! The callus removed was amazing, and the massage was at least five minutes and felt so nice! We would absolutely come back here again, and would recommend to anyone in town! read more

First time here and I was just a walk in. They were all so friendly and the price for a spa mani/pedi was great.

All of the nail technicians are very nice, with a Gentle touch, and very thorough. They also do great waxing.

I love this salon! The ladies who work here are great! I used to get long acrylics and they did a great job. I stopped getting those so now I come for a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. They do a great job on eyebrows and really take there time. The pedicures are great they take there time and make my feet look so much better! I even get my husband to come along! They are so sweet and always remember my name I love all the ladies here! read more

I've been coming to this place for decades and it's incredible. The people are friendly and they do great work. Don't pay any attention to Amy F's review. I was in the salon when she came in and she is a lunatic. She always complains and keeps coming back. Someone who will never be happy with anything. This place is incredible and the girls shouldn't have to put up with abusive customers. read more

I love this place. I've gone back and forth between different places but I'm glad that I found this spot. When I go either week days or weekends, it's never crowded. I always make an appointment but I get seated right away right when I arrive. I usually get my nails done coffin style and they always do a great job. I have trouble finding a place that can do this successfully. I would recommend getting coffin over square at this place. I recently got French tip acrylics done a few weeks ago for my wedding and I did not like the way they turned out. They are uneven and the tip is too wide. They are not horrible, but I think they could definitely have been better if more time was spent on them. I would recommend this place 100%. There is plenty of parking as well and it's in a shopping center with a Ralph's. read more

They are the nicest and do the best job! It's not the fanciest but always do a great job!

Horrible service. First time there another client was using the salon as her personal business office ... extremely loud on multiple calls. Myself and another woman asked her to please make the calls outside which she ignored and none of the employees did anything. 2 days later one of my nails snapped off. Went back in to get it fixed. Had to argue with the woman multiple times with her accusing me that I was at the wrong place. I told her it was SNS dip and she jimmy rigged the nail back on and didn't a horrible job repainting. Never again will I give them my business. read more

I got a pedicure here with my mom a few days ago. Hers were fine but I was left with a painful ingrown toenail that I have not had in years. I went back to the salon and they told me they could not fix it. Now I have to go to a podiatrist get it surgically removed. I am so upset and in pain. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I just moved into the area and I yelped so many nail salons for weeks and I decided on this one. I'm very picky and not as trusting with trying to find a new nail tech. Most of the reviews seem good and this was the only place that had a decent price ($40) for a French Ombré. Heidi helped me and was the most friendly but all the other girls were nice too. She's big on customer service and knows there's a lot of nail salon competition on 17th St. one reason she said she tries to keep the prices as low as she can. I gave four stars because the only thing that didn't get done was cutting my cuticles. I don't know if it's included or not but I did make an appointment 45 mins before they closed so I can understand I was their last customer. Overall the place was clean, friendly, and it seems they had clients for 10+ years. I like that personable feeling. I'm definitely coming back but I'll make an appointment days ahead so there's enough time but Heidi was a joy to meet! I would say take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone has different experiences. I'm glad I gave this place a chance! read more

I may be holding a gun. But that certainly doesn't mean I don't get my nails done! I found Kacie's by accident, and I'm really glad I did. Located on E.17th right across the street from Plum's Cafe, her's was the only nail shop that happened to be open past 6:00pm. Since I'm a working girl - so to speak - you cannot beat this convenience! (Note: What is up with all these posh nail salons closing at 6:00pm? I mean, us girls who actually have day jobs also wanna get our nails done before the weekend!) Anyway, the color was my own - OPI's "Vodka & Caviar" - and I was on a tight schedule. I had exactly 30 minutes to get both my nails done and bangs trimmed across the street at Salon Rouge, and guess who came through on the nail portion, big time?! My nail technician expertly worked her magic and gave me one of the best hand massages ever! For being rushed, I was so very impressed with how relaxing this was. In exactly 17 minutes and $9 (not including tip) later, I was on my way with my freshly polished red nails. Overall, Kacie's is no posh nail salon by far. But she's clean, spacious, has all the essentials, enjoys a great location on E.17th Street, and is open until 7:00pm on week nights! You cannot beat this! Prices aren't bad either! Avoid at all costs! The ladies are Rude, speak about you in Vietnamese and are loud and obnoxious! Be careful as they also don't wash up there hands in between clients Thus your risk of infection is high! The spa chairs I would avoid at all costs as I watched them wipe them dry but not disinfect or clean them either! You can tell the place is dirty and unkempt immediately you walk in! Also make sure they clean the equipments between use as they don't! Cheap place but you get what you pay for.....also beware they blatantly ask for Tips!!!! read more

The ladies that work here are really really good and sweet. They do an awesome jobs for the price. $16 for a spa pedicure?? Yes please. My only gripe is that the spa chairs are not that comfortable and the chick that painted my nails were a little bit sloppy. But it did end up looking good after the polish washed off my skin. For the price you can't beat this area, but there are SOOO many nail places here that I'm sure are better. BTW, awesome for taking 3 girls in on a Saturday without an appointment! read more
